I have ordered from this WaBa Grill location multiple times, and I have consistently had unpleasant experiences with the lady at the cash register. She is the rudest person I have ever encountered in customer service.
Whenever I ask for extra WaBa sauce or hot sauce, she makes it seem like I am asking for her first child.
Most other WaBa Grill locations provide these sauces without hesitation. Today was the final straw. When I asked for extra sauce, she practically through it at me. I said thank you, but she ignored me and walked away. I repeated my thanks louder, yet she still did not respond.
There are many other dining options nearby, and I would strongly recommend choosing another place to eat. Stay away from this location.

Just an average location in the chain. They're stingy with the napkins and the sauces. The taste is actually acceptable, but it was all a little disappointing with the level of service I got. I was expecting better having been here once before and liking my first experience here, but on my second visit I was not as pleased.

I ordered food through their website for delivery. This store utilizes DoorDash to deliver their orders. Unfortunately, the DoorDasher did not deliver the food. I tried calling the store, but the person who answered the phone couldn't help me. I contacted DoorDash. They attempted to contact the driver and informed me that they could not get ahold of them and they never received proof of delivery (a photo). I was then charged an additional time for a reorder that I did not approve, but it looks like it was done without the delivery fee. DoorDash then informed me that they would have to submit a ticket to the company to refund the amounts because the orders were purchased directly through WaBa Grills website.I finally got ahold of the store and the person I spoke with said that they always refund DoorDash orders because they don't deliver the food correctly and it is not fair to them, so he will only be refunding 50% of the total amount because DoorDash didn't do their job and it's their responsibility. I told him that they are in partnership with DoorDash because they utilize them for delivery so this really has nothing to do with the customer. I didn't pick DoorDash to deliver my food, they did. He responded with "so it's our fault??". No, but you are working with them so you have to accept responsibility for it. If you are constantly refunding orders then stop working with DoorDash. It's not rocket science. Anyway, I will be submitting a chargeback for products not received.

Hey Im not a person to leave reviews especially bad reviews But Dam This WabaGrill Deserves This One , I ordered a Waba Bowl to go & this Asian Lady at the Counter Gives me One packet of waba sauce & one hot sauce I asked nicely can I get another hot sauce & she says only one per order I was like bro! I paid $17 for one waba bowl only & you can’t give me 1 more hot sauce unbelievable ppl! How can a place like this stay in business & to top it off she didn’t even give me a fork she probably thought it would be better to eat with my hands. Worst service in a Cool Minute

First time at this place. Friendly staff. Quick service. Order 2 steak plate and 1 shrimp plate. I expected more meat and since I paid extra $2 and something. It was dry, not much flavor but salty.
