This might be the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to, which is pretty shocking considering this location has only been up for MAYBE 2 years?

After having to repeat both my and my wife’s orders 3 times because the girl taking our order kept getting sidetracked after asking us to repeat our order, we waited a good 20 minutes, possibly more, at the pay window. 20 minutes at the pay window yall! Just to be told “sorry, we have a new sandwich maker.” So maybe have another line cook there to supervise them instead of just leaving them at it by themselves. The people that were waiting in the dining room looked just as annoyed which tells me they’d been waiting as long as us, if not longer.

You would think that repeating an order 3 times would ensure that we got the right order. But of course they couldn’t even give us that. My wife’s order was totally wrong, and instead of the chili cheese fries I ordered, I got a few fries in a container with bean soup over it. It’s safe to say we won’t be coming back to this location, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut it down in the near future.

Went through the drive thru. I was greeted promptly, gave my order 2 minutes later had my real burger and fries. I enjoy Wendy's burgers.

As you've already seen with all of the other reviews, this Wendy's wins the award for worst fast-food restaurant experience bar none.
My daughter and I have been here a few times since it's conveniently located near her school and she loves their Frostee. I cringe every time she asks me to go there because of bad experiences that have gotten worst with each visit. The most common issue is incorrect order. I kid you not, of the over half dozen times we've ordered from there, we've received our order correctly exactly one time. Every other time has been missing items and one time where the order was someone else's.
The other issue is professionalism. When we finally figure out that our order is incorrect, sometimes having to inconveniently turn around and head back to the location, we would come in and talk to the cashier area for correction. Most times, it's been a middle aged Hispanic manager that comes over to ask what's wrong. And most times, the manager puts on an attitude as if I'm at fault for getting the wrong order, and I'm the one inconveniencing them 😞.
I was finally able to convince my daughter to not request to eat there anymore because of the trouble we go through every time we do. Our dine-in and take-out experience at McDonald's is a lot more enjoyable and stress free now!

garbage. got nuggets and a plain burger… i didn’t even care they messed up the order mistakes happen. but how do u mess up my order, then charge me for sauce that YOU FORGOT to put in the bag? crazy. never again. manager thought he was doing something but lost a customer over 54 cents

I just ordered a Baconator from Wendy’s and it was hands down the worst burger I’ve ever had. The bacon was flat, rubbery, and flavorless. The burger was dry like it came out of a microwave, and the bun was hard and overheated the same way. For what I paid, this was an absolute rip-off. Completely unacceptable experience.

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my 41 years of life lol. Terrible service and old food. I was the only customer today and it was still horrible. My third and last time here. Why is there such a horrible Wendy’s in such a prime location?? The one near Costco in Irvine or RSM is always great (in fact I’ve always had positive experiences at every Wendy’s!). What a shame. This location will not last if it continues this way. We can spend our money elsewhere.

This has got to be the worst Wendy's I've ever done business with. Every single order ever made through this branch has been wrong. 1st order the burgers were singles instead of doubles. 2nd order the burgers were made wrong and not as per order. This is my 3rd order and clearly once again someone can't read as my burgers look nothing like what I ordered as shown on the receipt. This restaurant was not even busy at the time and yet they STILL couldn't get the mobile order correct. Unacceptable! This is fraud upon the customer as they have a right to get exactly what they order and paid for with their hard-earned money.

The amount of times this location has gotten my order wrong is just ridiculous. Even the simplest orders like 3 Frosty's. This location need’s some serious retraining especially the afternoon crew. Double checking the customers order takes seconds.

Ordered through the drive-through and got incorrect order, went inside to fix it and was met with the manager being rude. And they got wrong a second time, they eventually got it right enough the third time
