It’s a bummer that Wienerschnitzel closed its Irvine location, but I wanted to introduce my daughter to this fast food chain so we made the drive out to Lake Forest. I remember seeing a promo about their unbelievable $6 chili cheese deal which included two chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries…now that’s what I’m talkin’ about! I got to try Wienerschnitzel for the first time after signing up for their email list. They sent me a coupon to try one of their Chili dogs for FREE and I took their offer!

The front lobby was very clean and the woman at the front desk was very kind. I wish I had gotten her name.

The Chili dog itself was good. The flavor of the chili could have used a little more seasoning for my tastebuds. Yet, I'd give it a 4/5.
