I ordered 20 peice boneless wings with ranch dressing, when I got back to work they forgot my ranch dressing so I called and told them and they said sorry cause they were training and they would give me a free 10 peice and to just providemy name and they would give me the meal. Today 03/31/25 I tried to order the meal and they ask me for the servers name that gave this to me and I didn't know her name and the lady that I was spaeking to said that I needed the servers name to get my free meal. So don't believe the workers they just lied to me about free meal so I dont complain to corporate.
I love Wingstop but the food at this branch was awful. It was near impossible to eat. Avoid at all costs!

this was the first time i ever had wing stop everything about the food was delicious and one of the people who was really helpful was Rynel (Rj) Noble he was very helpful and made my experience amazing!!!

My name is Adan Mengdaya. I came to the United States for a trip. I am currently enjoying the beach and sunshine in California for half a month, but I have not yet learned to use a knife and fork. People in my hometown eat with their hands. Every time I eat in the United States, I have to endure strange looks from others. Until I ordered takeout from this restaurant, it did not provide me with tableware, which made me feel that my national culture was respected. The food tasted better with hands. I hope the boss will maintain this tradition of not providing tableware. I wish the boss a prosperous business. Love from the Republic of India in the South Asian subcontinent🇮🇳

Can you answer a question for me here? Why do other people not need to click "I've got my food" when picking up the same food, but the yellow people have to do this? And they have to look at my phone to do this. I feel disrespected! Do you think I will eat your food? Unbelievable,
This place is lowkey good. The service is awesome and the employees are chill asf. I had Connor helping me out in the front who got my order thru quick and was very polite and engaging. Cool place big dawgs keep it up

If you are having a bad after taste that just proves they are not changing their oil. The more the oil is reused the more it produces cancer causing free radicals.

The past couple times my wings have been severed with a oddly bitter taste but I just order again about 3 hours ago and my wings seriously tasted like if they were mix battered with through up. workers here are really unprofessional talking over your food like if they have intentions of spitting on you’re food just giving the folks a heads up ask workers to make orders without having intentions to spit or cough on wing orders. If you don’t like your job leave. you do not get paid to make orders with spit. you get paid to make wings. 17$+ just went to the trash
