My name is Adan Mengdaya. I came to the United States for a trip. I am currently enjoying the beach and sunshine in California for half a month, but I have not yet learned to use a knife and fork. People in my hometown eat with their hands. Every time I eat in the United States, I have to endure strange looks from others. Until I ordered takeout from this restaurant, it did not provide me with tableware, which made me feel that my national culture was respected. The food tasted better with hands. This place is lowkey good. The service is awesome and the employees are chill asf. I had Connor helping me out in the front who got my order thru quick and was very polite and engaging. Cool place big dawgs keep it up

If you are having a bad after taste that just proves they are not changing their oil. The more the oil is reused the more it produces cancer causing free radicals.

The past couple times my wings have been severed with a oddly bitter taste but I just order again about 3 hours ago and my wings seriously tasted like if they were mix battered with through up. workers here are really unprofessional talking over your food like if they have intentions of spitting on youâre food just giving the folks a heads up ask workers to make orders without having intentions to spit or cough on wing orders. If you donât like your job leave. you do not get paid to make orders with spit. you get paid to make wings. 17$+ just went to the trash

I'm giving the 1 star for the service I ordered 30 mins ahead of time for pick up an when I get there they say few more mins so that's fine I'll wait. I see bags on their take out self he's handing out food to people that came after I did, okay fine but now it's been 30 mins and there's 2 bags that I notice have been sitting there since I got there. Then finally the young guy passing out the food decides to look at those bags after 30 minutes of passing out new bags coming the kitchen an hands me my food now that it's cold. And I ask for a extra ranch I understand it cost but you can't comp me one ranch for letting my food get cold? If you take your job so serious you should of gave me my food when I first got there since it was ready or remade me a fresh order. To lazy to do his job right, what wonderful staff wing stop thanks for the cold food an customer service.
I don't know if it's just me, but the fries are not the same they taste horrible!! And if you ever ask for well done on your items and extra seasoning, they do the opposite, so don't even ask. I keep going back, hoping things change, but no, it's always the same thing. Don't waste your money here if you're looking for flavor it's not at this location. It is a clean place, and service was quick, but so quick, they forget the seasoning you ask for.

Do not be fooled by the "good reviews" those are bots. I went to this place 8 months ago and had the worst service you could ever imagine. I went again recently to give dem another chance. Just awful and rude to customers.

The wingstop at lake forest is NOT HALAL. I called and asked and they said it was, but then another day I asked again and they said âitâs up to youâ if itâs halal or not. And turns out they do not have a halal certification. This is a huge problem and my Muslim friends and I ended up eating haram meat because we were lied to. Do not eat here.

The service was friendly and they got our order out quickly so no issues there. The problem was that there was absolutely no flavor in the wings.
We ordered Louisiana rub and Hot honey but there was barely any rub on either.
I thought they still might taste fine despite the lack of rub on the outside but there was absolutely no flavor, I couldnt even tell what flavor each one was supposed to be :(.
