This the slowest restaurant I have Ever been to. From beginning to end, IN THE DRIVE THRU, it literally took 28 min to order, pay, & receive my food !! It should NEVER take this long !! At 8pm, there were only 2 ppl working & 1vpf them was standing around telling the other how they can't go on break til she says so. When I received my food, my chicken sandwiches didn't even have Mayo on them. Unless you have an extra half hour to spare in a drive thru ? Then I recommend going somewhere, Anywhere else !!!

Ordered a large drink and an Oreo shake. Waited 15 minutes in a line of 3 cars, mine included. Waited another 15 minutes at the window without a yo e even saying hi much less take my money. Lots of time to make a mobile order apparently. I just ordered a drink and a shake. Finally the wi cow cashier takes my money and she gives me my drink. She disappears to make the Oreo shake. 7 minutes later she brings back a half full shake explaining that their machine is broke. Ok I get that things like that happen but she was trying to get me to take it at full price. She seemed a bit put off that I did t want to pay full price for half of an order. Manager finally came over and refunded me. No “we’re sorry, go to hell or anything. Wow! Just wow! Do not waste your time or money on this place. This literally happens every time I’ve been there. My fault I guess.

Disappointing place. Place order at 10:20, showed up at 10:25 waited until 10:50, and the whole time the crew was talking crap about making two chicken patties with fries. Oh thanks for pouring the whole jar of salt on my fries, super cool joke dudes awesome win at life. I noticed an eerie flow of traffic here by locals, should of went with my gut.

I haven’t eaten at a BK in almost two years but I just moved to the valley and I wanted something fast and easy so I figured I’d stop by.
Food was meh and prices were too high, but that’s corporate fast food shrinkflation for you.
What impressed me was the staff. I went through the drive thru last night around 7ish and the woman working was so friendly and nice. She gave me her suggestions for how to order the tacos and it was refreshing to interact with someone who didn’t seem bitter and jaded about her job.
I forgot something in my order and when I went back through about 15 mins later it was a man working the drive thru. He was also super friendly and smiled and really made coming here a good experience.
Overall, I was so shocked. Employees at any business, let alone fast food, just seem to hate their jobs anymore. These two didn’t and it was nice to see not one but two people smiling and friendly.
Hands down the best burger king I have ever been to in my life.. Great customer service, fresh food and very clean.

My husband took me to see the little village I never thought it was going to be really nice you could tell the person (or person's ) that put this village together really put some time on it and they really had fun doing it. I specially liked the HULK they had in one of the houses.

Our family of three has unfortunately gotten sick twice after eating here. We have reported it to the proper channels. Nice folks but to add to the disappointment, they never have ice cream, which is the only thing we aren’t afraid to eat there. Sadly, consistency and quality seem to be lacking especially in food safety.

Absolutely disgusting. Smelled like dead animals outside. Food was gross and undercooked. Half of the seating is unavailable. On the receipt it said that our food was prepared in the food station called “sticky” so our food was made on the station that they don’t clean and that’s why it’s sticky? Eww ?
