We waited for two burgers and an Oreo shake for over 10 minutes in the drive through, then the guys said he couldn't make the shake. We said please refund and then it took another 10 minutes at least to get a refund when there was a whole line waiting and people were coming up to the window. They had to refund the whole order, then ring up the order again. Then we still waited for the two burgers and a small fry. Really bad management. They didn't even give us a large fry, which I would at least have done after the long wait.

So we (family and I) have been using the BK app for about a year now, and the service has been very questionable. Many many times, our order has not been correctly received, not made to order, or missing items.

My 1st Impossible Whopper was delish. All the taste, texture, size and juiciness of other whoppers.Clean and roomy restaurant, courteous quick staff.Plenty parking, clean bathroom, variety and plentiful tables.Vegetarian options: Impossible (beef alternative) whopper very good, menu also includes veggie burger.

Stopped in early for an iced coffee and hash browns. The inside dining area was clean, quiet and at a good temperature. Drive-thru was pretty busy tho so glad we dined-in. Tia made my vanilla iced coffee perfect! She was very polite and professional as well.
