The food was good but the service was really bad. My one topping pizza took over 45 minutes to get. I shouldn’t have to wait that long for one large pizza.

I had a great experience at this pizza place! The pizza was delicious with a perfectly crispy crust and fresh toppings. What really stood out was the super friendly service. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Stopped by for a Pizza on the 4th! My expectations were high, as this was a childhood stop for my family on Lake trips in the 90’s!! It did NOT disappoint!!

Quiet place after the lunch rush. Decent customer service. They don't charge for ranch! But it is a little running. Pizza taste great and the presentation was just as good.

The pizza was very decent. Ingredients fresh, good taste, everything good. Price performance fits. However, small and medium were identical in size (just cut into 6 or 8 pieces). Waiting time was about 30 minutes.The friendliness of the employees was almost non-existent. The food was brought to the table without a word, and there was little hospitality before or after.It was nice to be able to watch everyone preparing and throwing dough.The restaurant is functionally furnished. The tables were clean. (Primary business is probably takeout and delivery). Located next to a shopping complex, there is always enough parking space available.

Kid-friendliness: Waiting can be stressful for little ones, so you should have something with you to keep the children busy.

Good food, but unfortunately not the best service. The employees stared at us while we walked in and we had to call them over so we could order, but then the girl rang us up wrong. We were the only ones in the store and watched 4 employees take over 30 minutes just to get our pizzas in the oven because they were too busy talking to each other and eating donuts. Management should make sure their workers are actually doing their jobs and following safe food handling procedures… probably won’t return to this location.

Stopped over in Lake Isabella for the night and needed a bite to eat. Stumbled across pizza factory whilst popping into the grocery store and so glad we did! Best pizza I’ve ever eaten & fantastic service. 10/10
