We were coming into town late and needed to get some grub, get to the hotel, and crash out to be on the road to find the fish. Pizza Factory was one of the only places open at 830pm. They took our order less than half an hour before closing. We arrived 10 min before closing to grab our pizza and salads. We were greeted with smiles. They outfitted us with all the plates, napkins, forks, cheese, pepper flakes, and even ranch we didn't ask for(good ranch too!). The pizza was delicious after a long day. Order sandwiches. Great price, wonderful quality, generously sized, and friendly staff. Can’t vouch for the pizza but the sandwich meat and bread on the warm awesome sandwich were first rate.

We had the Hawaiian pizza and it was very good and was ready on time. The employees were very nice. Overall it was a great experience.

DO NOT EAT HERE. FILTHY DIRTY PLACE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We buy a lot of pizza here, or used to. The pizza at this place has always been marginal. Typically undercooked. Not always fresh ingredients. And, the store itself is filthy. But, we have few options in the KRV.
Today, gave em a call around 11:00am. The person who took the order was pleasant, and said “it will be there within the hour”.
I was really happy, and starved. Around 12:10, I gave a call to check on things. I was told the drive had left 10-15 minutes ago, so I walked out to the gate & waitd 10-15 minutes before walking back to the house. Around 12:30, I called back, as our pizza was now, according to them, 30-40minuted on the road. I really don’t mind waiting, as long as I’m told.
The driver asked how I was doing & I told him I would be a lot better if I was given accurate info., he said his employer lied about when he left, called me an asshole & asked me to never order there again. Lol, I certainly will not. The pizza was ice cold, threw it in the trash, where it belongs. Not one person I talked to even said sorry. The only thing they said over & over again is “if you don’t like it too bad”. Worst customer service ever.
The good news? Pizza Barn.

Went in thinking I’d give em another chance. Almost puked when I walked through the door. Everything if filthy & smelled like rotten food.
We left, never to return. This place should be closed due to health concerns.

Food was all right Got denied delivery service got told they were real busy and I am a local less then 2 miles away and a local business owner as well work long days ended up coming here and they were not busy and had my pizza within 25 minutes but got refused delivery service how are you the only Pizza place in lake Isabella a tiny valley and cannot deliver when that is the biggest thing you guys offer is delivery

The food was good but the service was really bad. My one topping pizza took over 45 minutes to get. I shouldn’t have to wait that long for one large pizza.

This place is A-MAZ-ING. Staff is always friendly. It's our favorite place for pizza and there chicken Parmesan sandwich is ? ??

I had a great experience at this pizza place! The pizza was delicious with a perfectly crispy crust and fresh toppings. What really stood out was the super friendly service. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Busy. Only place open during the fire I could go in. Locals knew one another but they were super busy. Food was hot and good to go.
