Stopped over in Lake Isabella for the night and needed a bite to eat. Stumbled across pizza factory whilst popping into the grocery store and so glad we did! Best pizza I’ve ever eaten & fantastic service. 10/10

The Pizza Factory has only gotten better over the years we've been going there. If you specify exactly what you want (extra crispy crust), you get it. We usually place our order for take out, and the service we receive is excellent. But, we make sure to communicate what we are looking for. They go out of their way to make sure to satisfy expectations. For example, if we order a salad to go and tell them we want sunflower seeds and croutons, we get it without mistakes. Plenty of dressing. We have thrown birthday parties there and appreciate the ambiance as a clean, friendly, family pizza parlor.

This place was recommended by the concierge of our hotel and we did not regret it. Five stars for the delicious pizza. We loved the sauce, everything about the pizza was yummy! Customer service Five stars! We walked in literally minutes before closing and they still served us with a smile. They asked if we needed extra plates or any condiments. My husband ordered four drinks and they noticed we were five and they gave us an extra cup for free. Everything was excellent and we 100 percent recommend this restaurant.

Three stars as it was the only Italian food for many many miles in a sleepy resort town, and the wings and calzone tasted pretty good. You're docked two stars because of poor rather rude service and impatience at checkout. I get employees whispering smack because I ask for ranch and marinara for a calzone (strange request?). Place was empty, learn to treat your customers decent.
