$7.10 and a cup of ice on the side this is what you get for a venti iced coffee with an add shot. The venti cups are out of stock.. 15-20 min wait because they had one worker by herself and she chatted a bit too long while 4 people stood in line... I will say the worker did greet me and was friendly when I approached the counter. Not much for ambiance because it is inside Vons but hey, at least there is more than one coffee shop in this part of town. Also, its comforting Starbucks prepares your coffee in front of the customer, not in back where you can't see what their doing.

I've never been charged for creamer for the coffee before... ANYWHERE???? What a weird thing! Would have been no biggie, but when the barista told me, she told me as if she was totally pissed that I would dare to ask for creamer??? Hmmm...

Y'all's staff works extremely hard and is very under pressure ALONE during shifts. My orders were accurate and took the time expected.Alicia youre doing an amazing job!!!The line that forms is only a result of there only being one person available. It makes y'all look terrible as a company taking advantage of your employees like this.One star to whoever is doing this to these poor employees

The baristas are rude. Especially Annemarie who is racist and condescending.. When my mom went to grab our order (a traveler) she told her coworker to "make sure they don't take other people's drinks"?? Hmmm what did she mean by that...? because ours was a giant 96 oz carton and I'm pretty sure she would not mistaken it for some other little drinks on the counter thank you

After I ordered drinks , there is not any staff in a few minutes while customers are waiting for drinks and few of them lining up to order. I received my order in about 20 minutes and found out order was missing item I ask staff they ignore don't even answer and walk away

One star is for whoever is in charge of this Starbucks....PLEASE have two people working at ALL times! Your one worker ALWAYS look so stressed and overwhelmed! Your turnaround is sad. Never the same person. I don't blame your employees for quitting as quickly as they do. GET THEM EXTRA HELP! Now as for the MANY individuals I have seen work at your location.....they try. I appreciate your hard work. Coffee is good. But oh boy!!! They are at the cashier handling money, then go straight to making the beverages, not sanitary. YOU NEED TWO EMPLOYEES, AT LEAST!!!!

Its Starbucks.... so its great. It does tend to get busy during lunch and dinner time, so theres a lot of waiting. They took out the tables and chairs so it makes waiting uncomfortable, unless you do your shopping while they make your drinks, then it works out perfect.
