Literally the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. AND they made it with a bunch of annoying, honking trucks in a long drive thru.

My son has celiac a couple weeks ago we came here to eat, the lady helping us at the cash register knew about the cross contamination and how to prepare his food. She talked to her coworkers, explained everything to them, double checked and made our eating out experience pleasant.. I really appreciate you thank you for being on top of your game and being supportive, you dont understand how much that means to us. Thank you everyone so much.

We came back again today, same thing very professional and took care of us again. Thank you very much for everything. You're the best.

The teller exceeded all expectations, demonstrating exceptional friendliness, politeness, and an outstanding personality. Should this level of service be consistently maintained, it would significantly enhance the dining experience for everyone.

I mean Taco Bell is Taco Bell. There's not much to say. But the employees at this location are pretty cool people. They are always so polite and funny.
They don't get orders right

I tried to order, but no one responded at the counter. The app was not loading, and no one could take a moment to manually come to the register for my order. This was at a store in the sfvalley. The store at lake Isabella is better, but taco bell needs to put their customers first or lose the restaurant wars ...

Wow. I haven’t had Taco Bell in over 10 years, and this visit reminded me why. Walking up to the front door, I saw two employees sitting in a car, in uniform, smoking weed. I’m not here to judge what people do on their own time, but as a business owner myself, doing that in uniform, right by the entrance, and during work hours is simply not appropriate.
When it came to ordering, I was surprised — there was no visible menu for walk-in customers, and apparently you can’t even order in person anymore. On a positive note, the employee handing out orders was kind and friendly, but overall, it feels like fast food service has gone downhill dramatically.
