Ferrigno's Italian Baked Goods is an absolutely awesome gem of a bakery. It is a family-run spot with wonderful, attentive service and a clean, brightly lit atmosphere. The store front is like a clear sparkling gem on the street at night. They offer an array of authentic Italian desserts and baked goods. Highlights include some of the best gelato, which is imported from Italy and tastes like frozen candy but not cloyingly sweet. The cannolis are traditional and not overly sweet, while the biscotti and cheese cakes are considered among the best. They also have mini sourdough loaves, fresh baked focaccia bread on Fridays, little bite size cheesecakes, lemon biscottis, and items like Cesar salads and deviled eggs. Fresh, strong, hot coffee is always available. The food is delicious, exquisite, and highly recommended.
