There Menu Doesn’t Have items

Had to wait over an hour for one pizza.

Ordered in person and was told 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes we asked how much longer and they said 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes we asked how much longer. They again said 10-15 minutes. After an hour we finally got our food. While we sat, we watched employees play on their phones, mess around, trash talk clearly angry customers whom were waiting or turned away 30 minutes before they actually closed. Since this experience, I've tried calling 3 separate times to place an order in advance so I don't have to wait an hour and no one ever answers the phone. Absolutely horrendous service. Also, the food was subpar compared to other Little Caesars.

Shortly after eating at the restaurant I developed food poisoning within a few hours and ended up in the er. This was the only thing I ate that day, and food poisoning can happen within hours after the contaminated food is consumed. I will definitely never eat here again. When we tried to call and tell them, they didn’t care and tried to brush it off saying it takes 24 hours for food poisoning to kick in, which is a lie, I worked in the medical field for years, I know what I’m talking about.

Regarding the Lakeport CA location:
Minimal menu. Wanted to try the Crazy puffs but not available. Wanted extra toppings (cheese, pepperoni) but they would not accommodate. The Detroit deep dish was good but needed more cheese & pepperoni. No other toppings were available. Not a good experience.

They closing in December 2019, going miss this pizza inside kmart store. Hoping they plan to relocate

Wouldn't take any orders over the phone or at the counter. They only offered the hot n ready pepperoni and cheese and wouldn't make anything else and they are always closing early they don't close til 7 but if you call at 6 they say there not taking anyore orders.

Food came out fast.

They've out of everything and its obvious that the Corp who owns KMART doesn't care about this location. Soda machine and icee were down (and have been for literally months, they have NEVER had hot amd ready pizza, as advertised and my son and I were charged extra for drinks even tho they have none on hand, but set up a couple coolers in the eating area, which was dirty. No parmesan cheese packets. The staff was nice, but obviously didn't want to be there. The ice tea I purchased was frozen with dark brown yucky sediment, eeewwwwwww JUST CLOSE ALREADY

There there Pizza is gross it has way to much Grease on it. Don't Recommend

Alot of the times they close early dont answer phones etc..

Service was slow and employee's seem to lack basic knowledge in customer service. Ordered 4 pizzas to be ready by a specific time and ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes without an explanation. Not worth the time or waisted time.

They have good pizza at KMart Little Caesars.
