We ordered online for pick up and had someone go pick up our food. Once we got it our number #31 had no cheese sauce nor any other cheese at all and tasted blan. I ordered two cookies and received only one. Driver inform me the young guy working there was being really rude towards him. Not a good day

Rude guy doesn’t let you look and see what you want and bombards you with questions. When you want a minute he retreats to the back. He throws vegetables on your sandwich. When I asked the cashier if he was new she says no and doesn’t apologize or anything. Then he makes rude comments about how it gets worse and worse in front of other customers. All around horrible experience.

The service was exceptional! Belinda was by herself serving a long line that I waited 20min in. She was very professional in apologizing and reassuring the costumers even though she was doing an outstanding job by herself multi-tasking from bread oven to online orders to walk-in costumers to working the cashier. Didn't know Subway allow 1hr long breaks but Belinda definitely held down the fort the entire time.

Used mobile app they messed up on our sandwiches put on there no mayo because we can't eat it she put mayo said we were lying was so rude hung up on us we kept calling she picked up the phone and was banging it against the desk she needs to be fired that's ridiculous we spend a lot of money there so probably lost alot of money and customers over that
