Rude and your order is never right. What a shame to be the only place open for a person like me. Who works till 2am and on the regular gets screwed over by a franchise restaurant. Spoke to the manager a few times and unfortunately was uncooperative , unbelievably rude and condescending. It amazes me how some people are in the fast food industry. If you can’t stand the heat. Get out of the kitchen.
This is the only fast food location, Jacks or otherwise, that Ive been able to get a shake at past like 8pm! My whole life Ive been told no cuz theyve shut down their shake machine to clean it for the night even tho the place will still be open for hours. But not here! I love it!🙃
Great breakfast. Loved seeing my old Jack. Worked there in 1982.
My next visit today for lunch months later was bad. Added tomatoes I pd for missing. Took 15 minutes in the lobby to get my burger. All the tables were dirty. Sad 😥
