I now live in the Mexican Food Desert known as North Dakota. Every time I visit San Diego, I make sure to take a trip to Rosaritos to have the Chicken rolled tacos, a California burrito, and a large horchata.
There are experiences in our lives that we can recollect, even as the passage of time makes said memories blurry, but the taste of the food from Rosarito's refuses to fade and I'll continue going back.
