They've improved over the years, had some ongoing customer service issues years ago that deterred my ongoing patronage for some time. Staff is very friendly & understanding from crew to management. A decent amount of parking, although drive-thru can be crammed at peak hours.Kid-friendliness: No playground, but quiet inside.Wheelchair accessibility: Seems accessible.
I'd like to take a second to praise the STAFF.Masked faces and social distancing became our new norm over night. This new "way of living" is stressful, scary and has made us all less hopeful about the future.However, Staff provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a sausage egg mcmuffin an the egg was not done. The white of the egg was runny. The person who replaced my sandwich told me next time I need to ask for the egg to be cooked well done.
