I dined two times in two days . Use to dine her years ago and just started dining elsewhere. This is a chain but not sure how many restaurants there are . I don't dine at chains meaning 10 or less . Food is excellent. First visit the food came to me cold . Took it home and reheated . 2nd visit right on . Price is great . Complementary bread excellent . Coors light 4 bucks . Fillet mignon cooked medium rare both times cooked to perfection. Good job cooks . Restaurant has been around for a long time . That's a plus point . Would definitely recommend .

The drinks and food were very tasty. Will definitely be coming back to try other food items . Customer service was great. A little slow but they seemed short staffed so I get it

Horrible serves. So dirty that I had to clean my own table and chairs. Drinks are weak and food had no flavor should have gone to Outback instead. Don't waste your time and money. Don't waste your calorie count either.

Food was bad. Had a family dinner here and the food missed for the entire party. I had a cob salad with steak protein added. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was well done. Similarly my nephew order prime rib medium and it to was overcooked. Same for my mom who ordered a chiken plate and it was dry as a bone. The server was nice and they have many big tables to seat big parties but the food was just not cooked or seasoned well.

I would give it a 5 and a 1/2 star Because my child's food took a long time and he was hungry but every thing else is good.

Last time my family and I will be going here. Food was decent, husband got a steak sandwich, I got the grilled shrimp, which I remember tasting better in the past, the butter was pretty much just oil. Our waitress in the beginning was great, 10 minutes being seated she lets us know she's going on break and describes who our waiter will be. We see him going to every other table but ours. The manager brings our food out, not once did we ever get checked on after that, not for a refill, if we needed anything, nothing! Manager did a BAD job. It's sad that the restaurant industry is going down.

This particular location here in Whittier, CA, has been consistently delicious platter after platter. The 12 oz. Sirloin is thick and juicy, as I remember how Sirloins were back in the 1970s. The $27 is well worth a hearty meal, and for a few dollars more, adding sautéed mushrooms and blue cheese crumbs defines this meal as delectable. The 2 grilled chicked breasts with those mushrooms and blue cheese crumbs that were previously mentioned, green beans with a blue cheese salad will leave you filled with contentment. Both managers are delightful. The service from all waitresses has been consistently most satisfactory; though "SOL" is a delight, and I highly recommend that you join the Black Angus Club for money saving offers. For several months last year, a BOGO FREE was an incredible offer that brought us to the Black Angus each and every Friday for the duration of the offer.Currently, the Sunday offer is by one dinner; the 2nd is 1/2 off !!!

The food was good, but the place is definitely dated and is in need of repair. We sat at a booth where the seats were ripped and taped together. Not appealing at all.The NY steaks we had were good. The cheesecake dessert was just okay and would have been better without the runny strawberry drizzel. The Buffalo chicken strips on the appetizer platter were so spicy that they burned our mouths. The loaded potato skins were delish.Parking: Parking lot is free but part of a big mall so it depends on how busy the mall is.Wheelchair accessibility: Inside ramp n is available
