The Black Angus Steakhouse offers a mixed dining experience with both praised and less impressive dishes. The service is generally good, with friendly waiters, and the birthday celebration package is a nice touch. The sampler, featuring zucchini, potatoes, and shrimp cocktail, is a highlight. The restaurant provides decent food at a good value.
The ambiance has been praised after the recent remodel, with one customer describing it as "relaxing." The menu features a variety of options, including the popular "Campfire Feast for Two," which is an amazing deal according to customers. The chili garlic chicken tenders, a new addition, have also received positive reviews. Customers have commended the knowledgeable and accommodating service, with one server receiving high praise for their great personality and attention to their needs. The portions are described as generous, and the overall dining experience is considered worth the value.
The staff and service are excellent, and the amount of food for the price is absolutely a feast. Everything arrives hot, flavorful, and exact to order. The steaks are beautiful and tender, cooked to perfection. The Lakewood, California location is praised for its great food and service, as well as its pleasant atmosphere and cowboy/ranch decor. The General Manager, Elena Pimentel, and Chef, Ramiro Orozco, are commended for their dedication and expertise.
