This location is ALWAYS out of something. Tonight I went in to get 2 bowels. While I’m in the line, they let us know that they were out of cheese. Whatever, I can do without that. Then as I'm getting my bowls made, they inform us they are out of lettuce. My eyes are rolling now and my frustration mounting, but I continue. I get to the end and ask for chips…you guessed it, they are out of chips. Completely “over it,” I ask for the vinaigrette, they don’t have lids for the sauce cups. Ridiculous!!! Do they not know how much inventory they need to run efficiently? This is the most Ghetto location of them all.

Crazy long line and no one in that place had any hustle. It's really frustrating when you're on your lunch break. No one has any sense of urgency when the line is to the door. All the workers moved SO slow. Really terrible experience!

Made an online order but it wasn't ready when I came in at the specified time, which was ok. But I'm disabled and standing for extended times really hurts & the stools were way too high for me to sit on. The food was good.Vegetarian options: Just order without the cheese or queso

I've been coming to this Chipotle for years and never had any issues until today. My husband and I got there at 8:30 on a Monday night - store hours say they close at 11 - and they didn't have some food items in stock but didn't communicate it immediately, charged for double meat when they clearly didn't have enough, the portions were smaller than usual. Overall dissatisfied with this visit.

They were out of salsa and do not warn you ahead of time. Meat was dry. Manager did not seem to care.
They run out of everything. They close at 11pm. We get there at 730, they don't have some meats or chips. This has not been the first time. Save yourself thw trip and visit the Cerritos or Paramount location.

This particular establishment has really gone down the hill, from customer service to the cleanliness of the counters when serving food. I try to avoid this place if possible because of this. Often, the food is a hit or miss, sometimes good and tasty other times not. I really hope that things turn around in the future. Customer service could use an attitude adjustment when dealing with customers.

I asked the guy about the chips, to please not give me stale chips, as they were last time I went. He opened the bag, like a sarcastic jerk and said "are these stale?" umm I can't tell by looking at them! Sure enough, got back to my office, chips are stale and greasy!! never going back!!! Cerritos location has great service and great chips!!!
