I've been coming to this Chipotle for years and never had any issues until today. My husband and I got there at 8:30 on a Monday night - store hours say they close at 11 - and they didn't have some food items in stock but didn't communicate it immediately, charged for double meat when they clearly didn't have enough, the portions were smaller than usual. Overall dissatisfied with this visit.
This particular establishment has really gone down the hill, from customer service to the cleanliness of the counters when serving food. I try to avoid this place if possible because of this. Often, the food is a hit or miss, sometimes good and tasty other times not. I really hope that things turn around in the future. Customer service could use an attitude adjustment when dealing with customers.
