“I've been coming here for over 10 years, and I've always loved the food. That's why it's disappointing that ordering over the phone has become so frustrating lately.
On several occasions, I've been placed on hold for a long time or forgotten about altogether, forcing me to hang up and call back. Other times, I've had to drive to the restaurant just to place my order in person because no one would take my call.
The food is still great, and that's the reason I continue coming back. I just hope management addresses the phone ordering process because it hasn't been the same recently. Better customer service over the phone would make a big difference.“

We got 4 bowls and 4 drinks with 3 bags of chips and an extra guacI paid $97. I went to chilis the day before and paid under $70 there so yes this was definitely a case of "sticker shock"“

“Jose the tall Hispanic guy show major professional customer experience a KIOS OR A.I. could never compare too. My order was wrong he fixed it fast even with a line. The high ass strawberry freeze was 5 dollars I asked. Instead of refunding can he swap for a tacos and a $2.00 drink. He didn't say no or complain like most employees who act like they gon lose money to swap or fix an order. He fixed it with no problems.
