“Bomb mariscos. Me encanto! Botana el plebe is soooo delicious and well seasoned and the salsa negra is very very tasty and perfectly spicy. Must try this. I've gone twice and the second time was even better. Agua de limon was perfect. Addicting! My friend had a coctel de camarón and birria tacos, she gave it 2 thumbs up.“
“The best fresh fruit smoothies. I love the coconut smoothie, they add pieces of coconut on top as well. There's plenty of different options to pick from and I can guarantee anything you order will exceed your expectations. Perfect for a hot summer day or simply to satisfy a craving!“
“First time here and everything was good. Nice little place with cool accents like their name on the food tray. The shrimp empanadas and fish tacos were fire. Nice salsa options as well, I always love that. Service was great. Very attractive.Went again and everything was still good. I did ask for some salsa agua chile that leveled up the flavors. They remodeled and it looks nice. The stalls are a little tight but was a good experience overall.“
“We were randomly looking for a place to eat lunch. We had tacos yesterday (Thursday) and were hesitant to get Mexican food again. But we reluctantly decided to try Antojitos Mexicanos and when we got our food it was perfect! We all (3 of us) got the carne asada plate. We are so glad we found this spot. Home made salsa, tortillas and the asada was a quality cut (prime not choice). The tenderness was so good! We can’t wait to come back next week with a few more co-workers. It reminds me of my step-mom’s cooking (she’s from Mexico City). This IS my new favorite Mexican food spot!“
“I have only been here once and the Chilaquiles are absolutely delicious. I tried both the red and green chilaquiles and they both taste so good. From the beans to the rice and the agua Fresca de chia y limon. I have to go back and try other dishes for sure.“
“I always order to-go. And the guy that helps me each time is the best server. He is always smiling and friendly. And very helpful. I ask for extras condiments and he always gives it with a smile. The food is super tasty. I always get ceviche with tacos with shrimp and carne asada. I promise you, you won't regret the shrimp taco. The only thing that sucks is it's cash only. They have an ATM but it's still annoying. This is my new go to spot for ceviche!“
“The drinks are good. The food as well. The staff are very friendly. What stood out to me the most was the attention our waiter payed to us. He was attentive and didn't miss a beat. He was friendly as well. I think I can say he was one of the best waiters I've encountered in a long time. Keep up the good work Sirs?“
“Let me preface this by saying: if you're looking for an authentic and delicious taste of Mexican tradition, look no further than Horchateria Rio Luna! This charming spot had me hooked from the moment I stepped inside.First up, the star of the show: the horchata frappe. Creamy, dreamy, and perfectly spiced, it transported me to a tropical paradise with every sip. It was the perfect balance of sweet and refreshing, with a hint of cinnamon that lingered on the palate beautifully. I could see myself enjoying this on a hot summer day, but honestly, it was so good I couldn't resist finishing it even under the February sun.Next, I ventured into the realm of caffeinated delights with the cafe de olla. This traditional coffee, brewed with cinnamon and piloncillo (unrefined brown sugar), was pure comfort in a cup. The aroma was intoxicating, and the flavor was warm, rich, and slightly sweet. It was the perfect pick-me-up without being overly strong, and the cinnamon added a cozy touch that felt perfect for the season. But the grand finale, the one that sent my taste buds into a happy dance, was the churro sundae. Imagine this: warm, crispy churros bathed in a pool of creamy vanilla ice cream, drizzled with decadent cajeta sauce, and sprinkled with cinnamon goodness. Every bite was an explosion of textures and flavors, the warm churros complementing the cool ice cream perfectly. It was the perfect ending to a truly delightful experience.Beyond the food, the ambiance at Rio Luna was inviting and authentic. The décor transported me to a quaint Mexican village, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome and at ease.If you're looking for a taste of Mexico that's both authentic and delicious, look no further than Horchateria Rio Luna. I give it five stars and a heartfelt recommendation!P.S. Don't forget to ask for extra churros with your sundae. You won't regret it!Check me out on IG @the_avid_glutton_foodie“
“I love to go here for the raspados de ciruela 10/10. I never tried anything else until today. I got the tostilocos and idk what happened. They don't have anything on them. Maybe it was a miscommunication. They just have a bit of chamoy, no chile and no limon. I will ask next time I go.“
“Food as amazing as the other 2 locations - I'm always having a hard time choosing between the fried jalapeño, Hija de Chuy, or my new fave; Baked Scallops. Pair that with Tacos Gobernador or de Pescado plus a Miche = fire! This location is bigger than the other two, but the family vibe is still there as well as attention to detail.“
“If you're hungry, it's a place to eat. I've driven by this place for years, a small place with small dinning area, but it does look popular with people getting to go orders. The food was OK, nothing special that would entice me to come in more often. I got the carne asada burrito special, my sister got the carne desebrada taquitos. My sister was disappointed with her meal, I was just okay. What I really don't like if any business is when they charge a credit card fee, regardless of how much you spend. It was around $27 for our food, it was 90 cents to pay with a card. Also there are no prices on anything so are we overcharged? No prices on the pamphlets, the large menus, nothing.“
“Ah, Mariscos El Guero, you hidden treasure, you! This unassuming hole-in-the-wall may seem small and unpretentious, but the flavors that emerge from its kitchen are nothing short of oceanic odysseys. The masterful hands of the older woman, callused from years of cooking, craft fish tacos, ceviches, and seafood cocktails that transport your taste buds to the coast, where the freshness of the sea meets the warmth of love. Every bite is a symphony of textures and flavors, a celebration of the senses. The wait may be long, but oh, the sweet anticipation! For in the hands of Mariscos El Guero, good food is not fast, it's an experience worth savoring. So, dear friends, join me in this culinary adventure, and let us surrender to the tantalizing embrace of those battered fish and shrimp tacos. Chef's kiss, indeed!“
“Awesome place..Chuy is a very nice and welcoming person...we were the first ones to try the wooden bowls hand made by a local artist, they look fantastic and the food is excellent, sevice is top notch .theres a guy jose he is super funny and now is my friend!!!“
“Trade to pass in my lunch. No parking to pull into, and on a fast track. Since I had a load I couldn't just leave the truck there. no pexSecond chance: come by again. They don't accept cards ???♂️ it's 2023!!Nor pex again.I don't know if they're good, I haven't tried them yet. Chalet.“
“Hot Salsa is located on Garfield and Rosecrans in the City of Paramount. Next door to Arco and near many businesses. Clean and beautiful inside and out, excellent service, delicious tacos, reasonable prices. Parking can be a pain at certain times. Cost efficient place to take a date or to come eat after work. A diamond in the rough you should not overlook.“
“What we come for here is the carne asada by the pound. I buy the meat, beans, and salsa and make my tacos at home. They give you onion, lemon, and salsa. My family enjoys it. The red salsa is unique it's delicious brings back childhood memories. They used to give jalapeños and radishes, but I guess they no longer do. They should put a salsa bar outside for customers to get their garnishments. I'm sure they will get more customers to come back. They have the same system as 30 years ago, and that is not always good.“
“Always get the queso birria tacos. Nice and cripsy and great hot sauce that comes with it. Normally, it's pretty fast, but this time, it took longer than usual. Can't go wrong with anything there. I would recommend everything at least once.“
“I was a frequent customer but a few days ago I ordered cucumbers and the lady who brought them grabbed the ones that had fallen and put them back in the bowl where the new ones were. Then in my order of sopes, since they had picked them up from the garbage can, I didn't get them. how I threw them away….. and no more thanks for your poor service“
“Great Sinaloa spot and one of my favorites definitely a go to spot I only been twice and both times duhhhh bombbbbbb only reason I don't go back cuz when I am hungry let's eat ASAP jajaajaj I'm about 20 min away so I move around towns but definitely a great location for Sinaloa's sabor original“
“Hands down the best birria tacos and fusion shawerma I've ever had. I might as well pitch a tent outside.Ivan provided great customer service and helped me pick exactly what I needed off the menu. Definitely coming back here to try the rest.“
