“We hosted my cousin’s birthday here with a HUGE group we basically took over the restaurant and the team handled it effortlessly!
The food was REALLY good. I had the Molcajete, and my kids loved the garlic shrimp and rice. Big thanks to Pablo in the kitchen for making everything so delicious.
The drinks were superb as well, courtesy of Lydia behind the bar. A huge shout-out to Marylou and Hector for so gracefully taking all of our orders, managing every single extra instruction, and keeping everything running smoothly for such a large party.

“Truly an adorable spot to grab some bomb cultured food. Its like stepping into a villa in sinaloa. When you walk in the door the nicest women will greet you in Spanish eager to take your order. The food was truly awesome. Had a chorizo potato breakfast burrito and it was truly a real Mexican breakfast burrito. They were even nice enough to throw in chips and salsa with the meal. Very clean and fresh ingredients.“

“I Stumbled upon this place not long ago gives me Jamba juice vibes but with a twist. Their smoothies are freshly made served with its fruits so good perfect if you're trying to grab something healthy. The fruit touch puts these drinks on another level they have many other items that I would like to try. Definitely going back, this is a solid recommendation.“

“I ordered a Carne asada burrito and it was so good 😋and the guy that took my order was so nice! I didn't have enough for a soda and he made it enough (I ordered 2 burritos and he gave me 2 sodas) I thought that was so nice of him to do that. “These tacos are so delicious and the staff is friendly. I believe my family and went here when it was owned by Tacos Raul but tacos El Giyo is hands down better than King Taco King Taco is stingy as hell. Unlike this place you are free to get as much hot sauce without them looking like it comes out of their paycheck like in king taco.
I recommend this place.“

“Hand made tortillas, authentic great tasting Mexican food and they also have cebada (barley) water. Place is tiny and gets packed at times. Parking lot may be hard to get a spot on the weekend so I usually park on the street. Been coming here for over 14 years.“

“I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt inclined to as I am so surprised by some of the low reviews. I usually go to their sister restaurant (La Chula), which never disappoints, but today we decided to try out La Consentida, which was a great experience. The staff was extremely kind and attentive and the food was delicious. I ordered a margarita and it was the perfect. I tried the Chula mixta plate with the salsa roja and it was the perfect amount of flavor and spicy. They also have great specials on food— my husband ordered 3 fish tacos and they were delicious. Although we haven’t yet tried it at this location, my mom and MIL love the mojarras from La Chula. I always bring my friends and family here as it’s one of my favorite restaurants. Highly recommend. Only two of us ate today, but this location seems great for larger groups.“

“Wow ! What a taco ! And torta. So much flavor jammed in a taco. Where do I start, the portions were insane. The taco was overflowing with meat. The quality of the meat was top notch! The flavor was intense, thought I was back in Mexico for a minute. And if that’s not enough they throw in grilled onions, radishes, cucumbers, lemons and grilled chiles, Now this is what I call a taco. The torta de pierna couldn’t have been more authentic if they tried. It was on point just like the ones back home, fresh lettuce tomatoes on the pierna wrapped with a torta roll. Congratulations you have a customer for life!“

“Actually so yummy. I parked nearby thinking I was going to try a different taco place, but the truck wasn't there that day. There were some local men just chilling at their truck in the lot, so we asked them if they recommended a taco spot, and they recommended Tacos Giyo which was within walking distance. I got the tostada de ceviche, which was literally a whole tray of shrimp and 2 tostada shells, and 1 cabeza taco. When it came out the window, I was literally shocked at how much food I got for the price. It was all under $8, and it couldn't get any better than this honestly. The flavors and balance were great, the staff were nice, the generosity in the volume of food, and the prices were amazing. The cabeza was wonderful--the perfect tender fatty meat 💜. I'll be back if I'm ever in the area again!

“This tiny neighborhood meat market has essential canned and boxed food and products. I go there for their quick served takeout meals. My usual is the grilled chicken burrito and plate. Simple and delicious. Sometimes the sides aren't fresh looking but the temperature must be hot enough to keep things healthy. Staff are helpful and efficient.“

“I love this place. They have delicious vegan/plant based options.. jackfruit pastor, rosemary, and pulled pork. These are the tacos but I have also had the sopes, tortas, and burritos. Both my vegan and non vegan friends like the food here. “A small hole in the wall to go to if you want a good torta their torches are pretty big and we usually split one between two people. Definitely worth a try if you're looking for a good torta. The only problem is they close early so check their hours before you drive down or before you order.“

“Visiting from NM. Found this on Google. Was craving a tostada. Had a fresh shrimp tostada was delicious. Also a crab and shrimp tostada just as good. With glass bottle sodas options. Restroom is really clean, only drawback the server was on the phone took a while to check out. Was waiting on her to get off the phone when someone walked in and she started to take care of them. I wasn't in a hurry but a little annoyed. But over all good experience wish I could go back.“

“I go for the chilaquiles with a side of Birria, just delicious. The initial wait feels long but it is worth it. Aguachile and shrimp tostadas are great too I just don't care fior the bed of lettuce they put. Why the lettuce? Mariscos don't need lettuce. Either way it is so good it all goes down my belly.“
