“Carnicería MZT is an absolute gem in Paramount ca. The owner is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond—she makes a fresh ceviche and honestly, it beats a lot of other places around. Every time I’m craving seafood, this is the first place I think of.
Not only do they sell amazing ceviche, but they also have great seasonings and a delicious house salsa that seriously goes good on everything. You can tell everything is made with care and pride. Highly recommend stopping by—you won’t be disappointed!“

“We hosted my cousin’s birthday here with a HUGE group we basically took over the restaurant and the team handled it effortlessly!
The food was REALLY good. I had the Molcajete, and my kids loved the garlic shrimp and rice. Big thanks to Pablo in the kitchen for making everything so delicious.
The drinks were superb as well, courtesy of Lydia behind the bar. A huge shout-out to Marylou and Hector for so gracefully taking all of our orders, managing every single extra instruction, and keeping everything running smoothly for such a large party.
We will definitely be back!“

“Visiting from NM. Found this on Google. Was craving a tostada. Had a fresh shrimp tostada was delicious. Also a crab and shrimp tostada just as good. With glass bottle sodas options. Restroom is really clean, only drawback the server was on the phone took a while to check out. Was waiting on her to get off the phone when someone walked in and she started to take care of them. I wasn't in a hurry but a little annoyed. But over all good experience wish I could go back.“

“Don Monchis is excellent. Fresh food, fast service once seated, and very helpful staff. We had the ceviche, cocktail, and aguachile platter plus shrimp tacos, and everything was great. The shrimp tacos were easily some of the best I’ve ever had — definitely top 3 mariscos spots for me.
Just a warning: this place is popular and there was about a 1-hour wait, but the food was worth it.“

“Order 3 shrimp coctels. They usually consist of avocado for this dish, the register staff asked if I wanted avocado, me without been told that it would be an additional $2.50 for a piece of avocado.. misinformed the customer just to add an additional fee.“

“Lucky to arrive and no crowd. Seated right away and waitress provide drinks. Had many recommendations of plates to try. Went with the three ceviches … delicious. We order the aguachiles and molcajete as well. Need to go try, won’t be disappointed.Service is excellent, variety of Mexican food and seafood.“

“20 out of 10! Shrimp taco and the big marisco plate! The owner hooked it up! Guicho is a super friendly dude! The taco and drink were on him! He brings the Mariscos fresh Tijuana every 2 days! I eat mariscos 24/7. This dude knows mariscos!
