I got the green aguachiles & shrimp ceviche on top of the Doritos. Omg were they both great!I had been on a kick all week for ceviche and I finished the whole tray of ceviche to myself. I did not expect to find this food truck at a auto shop parking lot. I suggest parking in the plaza next to it right by the light and walking over. I arrived to order at lunch time & they were still really quick about 15 mins. Definitely will be back & have told all my friends to go as well!
This spot had no business hitting this hard. I went to the original little trailer inside a parking lot on Rosecrans/Garfield. Was not expecting much, ive had tons of Mariscos from diff areas I ordered the Culichi Botana plate, which basically comes with little bit of everything.Butterflied shrimp, cooked shrimp, octopus, and decent sized scallops.
