Don Monchis is excellent. Fresh food, fast service once seated, and very helpful staff. We had the ceviche, cocktail, and aguachile platter plus shrimp tacos, and everything was great. The shrimp tacos were easily some of the best I’ve ever had — definitely top 3 mariscos spots for me.
Just a warning: this place is popular and there was about a 1-hour wait, but the food was worth it.
