“A nice place to get a quick bite to eat.“

“Aesthetically pleasing food with over powered spice and nearly no flavor. The enchiladas pictured below looked delicious, however, i was met with overpowered spice and no flavor whatsoever. The rice and beans unfortunately matched the dish with no seasoning or flavor. The dining area doesn’t have AC and i went on a really hot day so it was extremely hot in there. Nonetheless, the service was great and welcoming.“

Occupying the former location of Hanako, we've dined at the second previous tenant of this address, prior to Hanako. I've been meaning to come by Pudtarn Thai Cuisine because I'm a huge fan of Thai food, and Lunch Specials are an affordable option. This day seemed just the moment to try another local Thai restaurant for takeout.

Lunch Special Pad Thai-
Choice of protein (beef + $1, shrimp + $2), with rice, salad & egg roll. Oh, how have I missed pad Thai. Pudtarn's version hit the spot for my Thai food fix. Had the perfect amount of sour to sweet. Portions were generous, too.

Chicken satay-
Five tender, succulent sticks of chicken, served with creamy peanut sauce. Great accompaniment to the noodles, the pieces of chicken were delicious, especially when smothered in the sauce.

Service was good. A good amount of seating inside, the wait for takeout wasn't too long, since I was the first customer of the day. Parking can be somewhat difficult to come by, as some spaces are designated for the business in front of them. Hard to find on it's own, Pudtarn Thai Cuisine is located west of the car wash on the corner of Bloomfield & Centralia.

Pudtarn Thai Cuisine is a solid Thai eatery, and I'm definitely looking forward to visiting, again, in the near future. Their lunch specials are affordable, and provide an ample amount of food. Pudtarn Thai Cuisine has earned their spot in my food rotation list.“

“Best Apple Fritters in town hands down! They also make mini fritters with crispy goodness all the way around. Just ordered 3 dozen for a Celebration of Life to honor my father, and they were a hit. His favorite go to in the morning was a fritter and coffee.“

“In a fast food world of pricey meals and skinny portions, the Dave's location in Lakewood, CA remains pleasantly consistent. I can always count of them for a fresh, filling meal, especially when I'm low on funds. Staff is always super friendly too.“

“Mr. K's Donuts is a wonderful family owned and local business. They have a wonderful assortment of delicious donuts and pastries that are freshly baked daily! My go-tos are the original glazed, sugar coated, maple bacon bar, and their ham and cheese croissants. Their coffee and drinks are great as well! Super clean, very good service, and fair prices. Everyone there is nice and willing to help.

“I came here twice now, and it's been fantastic. The passion fruit cane was delicious, as was my coconut milk tea. Not too sweet as requested. And now, my matcha latte was very refreshing. Service was great! The store owners were very friendly and helpful, explaining some items I wasn't familiar with. “Wonderful spot. They have happy hour from 5-7 everyday so we order the crispy dumplings and edamame to start and shared a Khoa Soi and papaya salad.

Everything was good but the papaya salad was a standout! It was so refreshing and packed with citrus flavor. We chose mild heat which was the perfect spice for us. We will be back to work our way through the soups but will keep the salad in rotation.

They also offer a nice clean patio space and comfortable bar seating which is where we chose to have a view out the windows. Came on a Monday evening and there was no wait. Service was great and attentive.“

“I ordered lumpia for superbowl. My family devoured it!! We went back a few times and got dinners including the pork adobo and rice. We have and also the skewers of chicken and also pork. Everything is always delicious!!! Friendly people :) Going back to get more lumpia next week for a party.“

“Quaint little mom and pop shop. If you know pizza, you know those are the best kind.

I got a medium cheese, large pepperoni, mozzarella fritto, and garlic bread.

The pizza is a thin, but not cracker crust, with a mildly tangy sauce, and savory cheese. Very delicious; my wife and kids (9 & 11) agree.
Mozzarella fritto (mozzarella sticks) were nice, hot, and the cheese was gooey, and tasty. It’s a stick of fried cheese, what is not to love. My daughter was excited for the cheese pull.
Garlic bread reminded me of my nonna’s.
My family and I are in agreement that Aliacci’s will be on our regular pizza rotation.“

“The place is small and a little old, but it’s pretty well known around OC for Korean BBQ ribs. The prices are a little high, but the food is really good. Both the beef short ribs and pork ribs have great flavor without being too heavy, and you can really taste the meat. The side dishes are simple but good, and I especially liked the seasoned minari. It goes really well with the meat. Not a fancy place, but I’d definitely come back for the ribs.“

“I can confidently say that this is the best Thai restaurant in the area. They do all the classics and had some great recommendations for our get together. Parking is a bit tough but its absolutely worth it. Dining in is a treat as service and the setting is perfect for date night but they offer to-go and a drive thru!“

“i ordered from Uber Eats and YUM I am so happy I was craving wings! this place definitely did not disappoint. got the $25 family package their promoting. 25 boneless wings, large buffalo(or any sauce& they also have chicken on them!!!)fries and 4 breadsticks and a choice between ranch, bleu cheese and "special sauce". their boneless wings don't have a whole lot of breading which is awesome! BWW has too much breading. these are perfect. for the wings I got Original Hot, Honey BBQ, and Pineapple Jalapeno. all so good! for the fries we got the jamaican jerk! they're good. kinda tastes like a peppery bbq. also their packaging was awesome. I really like how separated everything was. will definitely be ordering again!!“

“Cafe Rio is totally awesome We go to the Lakewood one every Tuesday for Taco Tuesday The portions are huge The flavor is outrageous all the employees are very friendly I recommend this place actually I highly recommend this place Even if you have kids they've got goodies for kids give it a try I think you'll like it it's authentic too and the shredded meat and everything it melts in your mouth it's not all stringy or nothing it's it's perfect All I can say is try it you'll love it guarantee“

“This is the only Starbucks I go to because it’s the only shop where my drink is made right, which I know sounds deranged, but I do get sad when I pay for something and it’s bad. However, that never happens here! It’s not just every other time, but every time. I only order a venti blonde americano with extra ice, but somehow it gets made gross at other stores. The staff members just seem to understand the importance of water to ice ratio, and the espresso is never bad. I’ve never received a dud shot here. The staff is also largely very friendly, which ultimately is secondary to the consistency in their product delivery. So whatever is going on in this store, I really, really appreciate it lol. I’ll always skip every other SB’s on my way over here, and happily. Big thanks to the baristas here!“
