This is by far the best El Pollo Loco restaurant because they provide excellent customer service, get my order right most of the times, and when I did have an issue they had no problem correcting it the same day or on the next visit. They are always smiling, personable and the food is always fresh, no stale or dried chicken. Thank you Yolanda, Marisol and the other lady Mrg. and I'll see you on my next visit.

I go to EPL's all over the place. Food is great about 95% of the time. This store is kind of shabby. I know many of my neighbors are poor, not big spenders.... so perhaps the owner doesn't want to invest more.

Drove thru tonite at 8:00pm to 8:20pm. I ordered a two piece meal with Mac n chz and broccoli as sides. There was no broccoli in the meal box. I also ordered a 4 PC meal with flour tortillas. I got corn tortillas.
