“Amazing dogs amazing food“

“Came here for dinner tonight. I got the chili cheese dog, the boyfriend got The Mayor’s Sampler. Loved it all! The buns, dogs & chili were delicious! The really shining star for me was the French fries, they literally use fresh potatoes and cut them in front of you. What a delight. For both our meals as combos, we spent around $31.“

“So nice & delicious! They seemed a bit short handed so please have patience with them. There was a mix up w my order (I might not have spoken loud enough while ordering) so they gave us an extra corndog for free💗 The staff was so kind, the place was clean & the wait wasn’t too bad at all! Definitely recommend (: there’s also a sign in the window that tells you how to order that was super helpful in being prepared & ordering efficiently.(in the first picture under the TV)

“I normally don’t go out for hot dogs because most places feel basic — just a plain hot dog like you’d grab at a gas station. Nothing exciting.

But this place was completely different. The flavors actually surprised me. The bread was grilled perfectly with a buttery, slightly sweet taste, mixed with a little spice and crunch from the toppings. You can tell they went beyond just throwing a hot dog in a bun. The combination of sauces, crispy onions, fresh ingredients, and toasted bread made the whole thing taste incredible. Your taste buds are basically screaming, “Wow, this is GOOD.”

The hot dog itself honestly wasn’t anything super special, but everything built around it made the experience awesome. If they ever created their own unique signature hot dog recipe instead of using a more standard one, I’m telling you… that would take this place to another level completely.“

“We went to spirit Halloween and saw that wiener was on the way so we made a stop and couldn’t decide what to choose. Andrew was patient and very kind and honestly we felt honored to be helped by him! His cheery attitude would have made us buy more! I don't normally write a review but do rate at times and be that I was in this industry the majority of my life I try and rate fair with as it should be the expectation of customer service. So, I placed an order through Postmates which is always convenient and usually great experience. This time I was waiting for 1hour and a half but was trying to be patient figuring it was lunch time, probably extremely busy. I too had a child waiting for food so I thought I should call Shake shack to see if there was an issue or if it had been picked up already, now the employee when I called was very polite but as I ordered through third party there was not much she can do but hand it off to or through the manager. When she asked I was about to say no its ok, well I just didn't want to make a big deal just wanted to be able to rell my daughter what happened. Before i can say its ok the employee was already in transition to the manager, the manager got on the phone we had a brief recap she explained because the order was through a 3rd party her hands more or less are tired besides when we hang up, I call Postmates from my side and she call from her side see if we can get the situation handled and get some people fed. So we hung up both called and in a matter of minutes got it handled. Not only that when we spoke the manager let me know that the food would be remade and when it arrived the food was hot and fresh, delivered promptly, as well as a couple coupons for a burger and fries. Customer service is so key and wow Kimmie in Long Beach nailed it. Great job, Great attitude, Great experience. I ordered the next day as well and didn't use the coupons yet could of but still spent 60 glady. Thank you greatly. “This was really a great experience. The burgers were thicker than any typical theme park burger. The burger was prepared perfectly, with care. This was not another one of many burgers slapped on a grill an cooked en masse. The chicken sandwich was also very taste and prepared just right. This meal was a real treat. The gentleman taking our order was very cheerful and engaged. We spoke briefly with the chef while he was wrapping up our order. He was engaging and fun also. “Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you love Boba, they are served in a pull-tab top plastic container. Many boba flavors to choose from, and I had coffee flavor and it's very good. The mochinut donuts comes in many different flavor. I really enjoy the strawberry funnel and chocolate churro. Try them out to see for yourself.“
