I saw this location is 24hrs and the dining room closes at 10pm. I tried to go in at 9:58PM to pick up my food but the doors were already closed. It’s weird that the employees ask you to hold back from the window. Why does the company set policies that only end up influencing the employees to do such a silly things? Such games are for children and have no place in the professional food service industry.

The staff overall seemed pretty on top of their stuff but I will say that violet has great customer service! She noticed that I needed a different straw while she was already running out another order and I was getting ready to head out. Sometimes the small details make the best customer service experiences! I don’t see many people who care to help just because they can.
