My husband ordered a white gummy for me 3/01 and asked for citrus replacements, the server said ok, and still made it with citrus and now im broke out with hives. I need a manager asap.

Asked for a simple smoothie . Got charged extra when i never said that . Then i brought it up refunded me whole order just to pay the whole thing . You couldnt just refund the $1.99. But made everything more complicated . Manager just said well they refunded you . Please train everyone better . Sub something doesnt mean add extra . Terrible this location sucks now . ππ

Please have your team better trained on how to handle situations when your app is not working. I recently signed up for the app, which clearly advertised 50% off for first-time customers. However, when I went to use it, Emily at this location said there was nothing she could do. If there is a glitch or issue on your end, your staff should have a way to work with the customer rather than just saying there is no solution.
On top of that, they were also out of the main ingredient for my Mango-A-Go-Go.
If you want to keep new customers, better communication and problem-solving at the store level is definitely needed.

I walked in to pick up a mobile order and I walked to the mobile order pick up area and I stood there for about 10-15 minutes and not one worker acknowledged my presence. They glanced at me multiple times and did not once ask who I was picking up for nor took the time to greet or ask if I needed any assistance. You have a pick up section and someone is standing there you take a second to ask who they are picking up for and not ignore them. They had 5-6 customers order and hand out the orders and thatβs when I asked the guy at the register if my order was ready. All these employees need to get retrained!

Clean and a good price
I've never been disappointed at Jamba. They're smoothies are always consistent and delicious. However, what made this experience so special is the two young people working the counter, Chelsea and Thomas.
I recently finish throat cancer treatment and just learning to swallow again. I also have a severe issue with my tastebuds. Everything tastes like rubber bands and pennies.
Chelsea and Thomas were so kind and patient with me, doing their best to craft a smoothie that not only taste good but was easy to swallow.
I left the restaurant very satisfied and very happy! Sad to say, I don't run into young people so loving and caring. I really believe it's good training but more importantly, it's great parenting.
Thank you, Chelsea and Thomas! I hope to see you both again. Keep up the great work. You never know what your kindness can do to lift someone spirit. Great hire, Jamba Juice, both of them.

After searching for this acai berry Bowl Primo because the one in Long Beach on Carson & Atlantic didn't have bananas so I went to another Jamba Juice Willow & Long Beach Boulevard they didn't have anything. Now off to my last Jamba Juice in Lakewood on Candlewood had everything, and Thomas .G was awesome. One thing he had was great customer service. He made my morning.
