I've never been disappointed at Jamba. They're smoothies are always consistent and delicious. However, what made this experience so special is the two young people working the counter, Chelsea and Thomas.
I recently finish throat cancer treatment and just learning to swallow again. I also have a severe issue with my tastebuds. Everything tastes like rubber bands and pennies.
Chelsea and Thomas were so kind and patient with me, doing their best to craft a smoothie that not only taste good but was easy to swallow.
I left the restaurant very satisfied and very happy! Sad to say, I don't run into young people so loving and caring. I really believe it's good training but more importantly, it's great parenting.
Thank you, Chelsea and Thomas! I hope to see you both again. Keep up the great work. You never know what your kindness can do to lift someone spirit. Great hire, Jamba Juice, both of them.

After searching for this acai berry Bowl Primo because the one in Long Beach on Carson & Atlantic didn't have bananas so I went to another Jamba Juice Willow & Long Beach Boulevard they didn't have anything. Now off to my last Jamba Juice in Lakewood on Candlewood had everything, and Thomas .G was awesome. One thing he had was great customer service. He made my morning.

Ive been coming to this jamba juice since middle school. For about 20 years. I came in bought my protein shake and then asked to use the restroom and they told me it's employees only. They were very rude. Today is 6/8/23 and it's 12/32 when I asked for their names they wouldn't provide it. Please fire those two. They were very rude, and lazy and had an attitude.

Giselle O ; refused to make a açaí bowl when I arrived and just refused to do their job so the açaí bowl close at 9pm and then store closes at 9:30 pm Employees are lazy here and don’t work for customer they don’t care about customer service and only what’s convenient to them

I never know what i want and the young man working was helpful. I like peach so i got a smoothie. Very good.
Why use app? Order was not started until after I showed up. Overall order time from placing on app to walking out was an hour.

I ordered a drink online when I got to the location it was closed got there 30 min before it said they closed and still took my money I went in the next day and said they will give me my drink they told me they didn’t have an ingredient for the drink I wanted to I asked for my money back I was told I will get my money back in 7 days but never did
