Took my mom for her birthday dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The seafood quality was on point. The hospitality was enjoyable. The young waiter was exceptional and friendly. We noticed several tables available but many people waiting to be seated. Hopefully you can staff up with more servers. We enjoyed the visit and the staff sang Happy Birthday to mom! I had an issue today that could’ve ruined a special birthday dinner, but thanks to Lea, it turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I placed an order online through Red Lobster’s website at exactly 3:37 PM. The order was picked up by a DoorDash driver just before 4:00 PM and was scheduled to be delivered...

First time at a Red Lobster. Food wa OK but I felt it was missing flavor. I got the garlic Seafood Boil and although it had garlic, it did not seem infused with flavor. Otherwise I would probably given it a 5 star. Service was indeed fantastic.
