This Starbucks was awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service is wonderful and the baristas are on point. Ordered a tall Café Americano and was given the option to get it in a regular coffee mug (because I was eating there) instead a paper cup. Loved it ! The trenta black tea with peach juice for my husband was made perfectly also. Not too sweet and nicely iced.
Highly recommend a stop here if you're in the area.

I would’ve given 5 stars but barista Brittany feels the need to keep showing me a whole gallon of milk in front of anyone standing around asking me “ is this enough creme” then proceeds to pour . That is so unprofessional of her! Just make the coffee as requested and then if I don’t like it I”ll kindly let you know as any other customer would. She is the only barista that does this . And it’s becoming quite annoying! Everyone else is spectacular by the way!

I go to this location all the time!! I don’t know if this girl was new but I’ve never seen her before I got 3 shots of espresso over ice in a tall cup with regular cream and white mocha. they put very light cream I asked for a side of half n half (never an issue at ANY location) but for some reason she wanted to charge me for a latte? I explained to her a side of half n half is free and she laughed in my face when I asked for her name she replied “I refuse to give my name” maybe because she new I was going to file a complaint on her. 8/25/24 around 5pm. I Guess she was willing to risk her job because if I was anyone else they probably would have started fighting her or arguing with her because that laugh she did was extremely rude!

Called about my food being put in the same bag as my drinks, so they were wet & cold when they arrived & the "manager" told me that is how Starbucks packages their items. I order all the time & most Starbucks don't put two venti drinks with two hot breakfast food items in the same bag. The way she spoke to me was very condescending & rude.

I never thought I would write a review for a starbucks because we'll, it just another starbucks. But.....The service here was outstanding. The person in front of me ordered 30 drinks and I thought I would be there forever since there were only 4 workers. But noooo, I didn't have a chance to relax. They had me out of there in 5 minutes.This is the most efficient starbucks I've ever been to. They had 2 people working on the big order and the other 2 taking care of the line of customers. I started writing this as soon as I got to my car and the person with the large order just left with loads of drinksKudos to the staff on April 10, 2024 at 8:50am
