Atmosphere here is pretty good - music is to loud. The service here is on and off, some of the employees are nice and some them give you nasty looks when you walk up to grab your drink.I ordered a drink, the drink wasn't called out when it was made, I had to walk up to the counter to see if it was and search for it. When I was there an employee at the drive thru kept looking at me with glares and dirty looks, she ignored me even though she knew she could see me searching for my drink and kept giving me dirty looks. I ignored her, found my drink and noticed that my drink didn't have a sleeve on it for it was a hot tea, I asked one of the workers politely for a sleeve and she gave me the nastiest look as if I was inconveniencing her for a sleeve. I could tell in her mind she was thinking since the cup was double cupped I didn't need one, but the tea is still hot when I grip it and I saw other drinks with sleeves on it, so it was odd to me that a tea drink didn't have one in the first place. Weird.

It's a Starbucks. Its coffee and tea and stuff. Be chill. There's a weird group of dudes that chainsmoke and yell at a a uber eats delivery lady that shows up every now and then. Other than that pretty regular starbies.

This is not the ideal location due to traffic and parking. The interior is nice looking and spacious but has terrible acoustics and is quite loud/noisy and makes it difficult to work especially if you need to be on a call or meeting. They don't keep the creamer out at this location so you have to ask for it if needed and that is a drag. Also today I was attacked by mosquitoes while waiting for my items. Overall not a great in-store experience, but my food and coffee tastes great.

felt racially profiled.. immediately hostile with no real evidence of stealing a piece of string cheese and dismissed me then disappeared once she realized how psycho she looked (and tried to sound hard with forced aave). Rest of staff was pretty unhelpful and invalidating even though I was reasonably asking for basic information (come on, you can see how wrong this was...hold your coworkers accountable). This has never happened to me, I'm pretty polite and not the type to bring attention to myself or cause a scene so I know she was the problem but this is more than just an inconvenience. It is dangerous to falsely accuse people of things. It can ruin lives. And you shouldn't approach anybody like that, though you probably wouldn't have if I looked different. But this Starbucks was right by my house so that also sucks because now I have to inconvenience myself over something that wasn't my fault

Rude service and two ladies gave me bad looks because I asked for a straw and made me feel stupid. They treat younger teens trashy. Very unprofessional and problematic. I didn’t catch the ladies name but she had her hair up and my sister had the same experience with her giving bad looks. The other lady had the dyed hair that looked bleached or green.

First of all I ordered a Matcha venti drink not grande. Second rude as heck they poured grande drink into a venti and added milk Hello. Lastly the barista straight lied to my face and said that the foam made the drink look like what? Please put someone with experience at the drive thru.

Early morning freaking waited over 15 min in drive thru and ended up getting wrong order and that was one thing i hate the most and made me feel like puke which is oatmilk ?I got sick at work over a sip of this oatmilk.
