I was there one afternoon, sometime between 2021/2022. The female in the counter would not/could not help us even if we were the only customers that time. She went to call someone else. A young Asian or Hispanic male came out fromthe other room. He did not look happy and acted as if we were a bother to him. He almost never said a word to us. We were deeply offended by his attitude then. We ignored it because we like Subway and, since we had never been treated that way by any other Subway employees, we thought maybe we were just being too sensitive. When we arrived home and ate our sandwiches was when we realized that the bad attitude was only the prelude to the worst Subway experience we ever had. The sandwiches were the worst Subway sandwiches we ever tasted. They were extremely bland, had absolutely no flavor in them. It was as if the condiments he put there were "pretend" condiments, completely tasteless and useless. We had to put our own condiments from our own fridge in order to be able to eat the damn sandwiches. No paying customer should be reatedthe way we were treated. That young man should not be working at any Subway or any restaurants or anywhere there are paying customers. What a waste of time and money! Disgusting!

Oder is never made on time even though I order 20 min ahead of time for lunch, tall white guy that looks like he’s in his 30’s/40’s has an awful attitude most of the time, sandwich is almost always made messy.Don’t get a sandwich here. Just go to the one on bellflower blvd

Dissatisfied with the owner !! Supposedly an Indian guy , I am truly disappointed in how you told your employees that we can’t use the coupons with the football specials , he said the owner an Indian guy didn’t let him use any coupons on the football special sandwiches. I was told the Indian guy which is the owner said coupons can only be used on build your own sandwich! I feel that this is unfair. I know we going through a recession but cmon broooo. Couldn’t even get the sandwich I wanted.

Elizabeth has a bad attitude with customers & she’s really rude to Margaret they do not need to be working together, Elizabeth’s hours need to be cut with her bad customer service the environment in there was heavy she was giving Margaret so much attitude / being rude you can tell she does not like working with MargaretWhether or not Elizabeth is just having a bad day don’t project your bad day onto your coworkers & customers

I went to this subway, I go there often. This was on a Sunday August 27th and they were working really hard to get all the online orders, Uber eats, customers in inside the store. They were so friendly and nice, like they always are! They apologized numerous times but they didn't need too..I felt bad because they were so busy and working so hard. I just want there bosses to know how amazing they are!!

Awful, awful service. Had to literally walk out the store because of the guy working behind the counter.Came in at around 6pm today 7/25. Nobody greeted us & when we got to the front we asked the guy how he was doing (because he clearly looked upset), he just rolled his eyes at us. We proceeded to order & the way he was assembling the sandwich so poorly, just slapping the meat & cheese on there. It was so gross. He clearly hates his job and people. We did not stay and ended up walking out.Please hire employees who can deliver at the bare minimum decent customer service because clearly this store is lacking.

I had a bad experience with this Subway. What’s the point of having an Express Line and ignore a person waiting directly under it? The employees continued to provide service to the customers in line. I tried lodging a complaint. Even the receipt was missing information. I just stood to see how long they would continue to ignore me. I saw my order sitting on the counter. I made direct eye contact with them and they still didn’t acknowledge me. I have to wonder if I had been a person of another complexion would they still have ignored my presence. I wanted to ask them why do you think I’m just standing here directly under your Express Line? Furthermore, since they make it difficult to reach anybody to make a complaint tells me Subway doesn’t care about their customers.

But today I felt inclined to leave a review based on my interaction with the young lady who did my order today and worked the register! She was really friendly and she interacted well with customers! Her tone was kind and her demeanor warm. We exchanged small talk while she prepared my order and you can tell she was just genuinely a nice person, service with a smile!

This 5 stars is ONLY if you have the pleasure of getting your sandwich made by Edgar! I love Subway but usually you don't get what you ask for like if I say extra pickles, 5 pickles isn't extra. But not Edgar, he does exactly what you want. He makes the best subway sandwich I have ever had. He always remembers me and my family and is just a super nice and awesome guy! I get so sad when I go and he isn't there lol. They have a really cool new look too, and no im not just saying that because green is my favorite color lol. I can't speak for any of the other employees, but Edgar definitely deserves a raise!

They had run out of tuna but while they were preparing my other 3 subs, one of the workers ran back and made a quick batch of tuna so I was able to leave with the full order. Great job!

This subway workers have the most dirtiest rudest employees I've ever dealt with. There is a Caucasian man looks very dirty, overweight, long hair, who is always complaining and rude towards the customers. There is a woman there who wears a veil who is absolutely rude and does not listen to requests. Makes an error on my sandwich every single time I'm done with this location for the amount of money I pay I should get what I ask for without any rude remarks.
