Highly recommend this Waba Grill, my wife and I stopped in after a long day to grab something to eat and were met by an extremely friendly employee named Ramona. She went above and beyond from the beginning, delivering amazing service with an amazing, kind, and joyous attitude. Please give her a raise because you do not want to lose an employee that cares this much about their job and the customers they serve.

I was not happy today with the service I got from Jazmin. They forgot some of my order. I got home with only half of my order. I called to ask for my other missing bowl and Jazmin took her sweet time to answer me about my order. She finally said you can come back tomorrow for it, I said tomorrow?! It’s my dinner I wanted today. I can tell she had an attitude about me coming back because it was 7:49 as she said closed in 10 min. She wanted to know if I could make it back before 8pm & I said told her I could. When I arrived she wasn’t nice (after their mistake) I asked if I could have a drink for coming back and she said no! I make your bowl that’s it. I told her I was asking for a drink for coming back. And she said No again, and just said she made my bowl and that’s it. Not the best customer service from her with no sympathy for their mistake and no apologies. I will no come back if Jazmin is how Waba Grill is going to be represented:(

RAMONA WAS AMAZING!!!!! FOR HELPING ME PULL THE TRASH WHERE I HAD THROWN MY RETAINER IN! I CALLED IN SUCH A BUSY HOUR AND SHE MANAGED TO ASSIST ME AND ANSWER MY QUESTION! SHE WAS WONDERFUL! RAMONA SAVED THE TRASH BAG! AND I OPENED IT WITH GLOVES ON AND FOUND MY RETAINER IMMEDIATELY! RAMONA IS INCREDIBLE AND WAS A GREAT HELP TONIGHT! I LOVE WABA GRILL AT WOODRUFF!!!!!
The 3 stars is because there's no jalapeños/carrots & onions available anymore, that was the difference between a happy and a sad bowl like the one I'm eating now here! :-(

I came to this location a few weeks ago and there was a sweet young lady named Keily who had taken my order and took amazing care of me! Definitely made me feel welcomed and I really enjoyed the food as well. Her kind energy was very impactful and that spread of positivity is exactly what the world needs, I couldn’t help but leave with a smile. Thank you!
