I come to this location a lot as it’s close to home and I like the staff. Unfortunately today was not a good experience. I made my order and was given a total. Usually they ask me if I want to tip and have me sign. This time they didn’t. It happens sometimes so I didn’t think much of it. As I’m waiting in line I get my phone notification of the purchase charge. Now I was alarmed as the charge was different from what the total was said to be. I figured maybe I just heard wrong. So I waited to get to the window and ask. The worker went on to explain how extra charges for extra add ons and that the charge was taxes. It didn’t sit right with me so I asked for the receipt. It turns out the previous worker took it upon himself to add a tip of $5.40. Now usually I don’t mind tipping but I very much do mind when I’m not informed and the worker decides to make that decision for themself. I requested a refund for the tip and received it. Although I couldn’t help but feel this has happened more than once. Be careful, check your accounts after or put notifications on your phone. It was a very unpleasant experience and I did submit a complaint.

Very friendly and fast service. Coffee is extremely well made. There are no restrooms at this facility.
Other than the awkward conversation they try to have that we usually don't want to have early in the morning... Lol they are great at service and fast!

This is one of the better coffee places in the AV. Prices are reasonable and taste good. My biggest issues with them are: sometimes times the workers are too talkative. Instead of trying to get to know me and ask my day's agenda, work and speed up the line. Especially when it's busy. Also, don't ask me if I'd like to tip. If you ask, it's an automatic "No" for me. I will tip when I'm not being asked or pressured. And please play classic rock music.

Dutch Bros has amazing drinks. However, the staff isn't so amazing! The shift leader Laura is racist and doesn't want to assist African American customers. She doesn't know how to handle complaints and likes to use terms as in "YOU PEOPLE"! If she doesn't like African Americans, maybe she should find another job. She will literally avoid going to your car if you are black or have any complaint! Dutch Bros DO BETTER with the people you leave "in charge"!
