Today was super hot day after a long day at work I walked to Dutch bros was was greeted by Megan who had exceptional customer service she allowed me a bit of fresh air that came from inside the building her and her coworker offered me a cup of ice water while they assisted me with enrolling into the app as a new member. The service was the best! I'd gladly recommend this spot to all family and friends thank again Megan!!!

This is one of the better coffee places in the AV. Prices are reasonable and taste good. My biggest issues with them are: sometimes times the workers are too talkative. Instead of trying to get to know me and ask my day's agenda, work and speed up the line. Especially when it's busy. Also, don't ask me if I'd like to tip. If you ask, it's an automatic "No" for me. I will tip when I'm not being asked or pressured. And please play classic rock music.
