Love the healthy non fried food. The double chicken avocado taco salad is killer.
Only problem is no cashiers, the kiosks order and pay is always problematic and holds up the line. Main reason is app specials and card readers not working.

Nice people, Great Food, Great Service, Reasonable prices. Been going here for years and I just noticed I never gave them a review so here it is right here - OUTSTANDING! I have ordered for 20-30 people I work with on a few occasions, and they always have the food ready on time and its always great. I never had a bad meal from them and they never screwed up an order yet and I have been going here for years. I highly recommend this El Pollo Loco.
