This location serves the best food. I walked in to EPL and ordered a double tostada. Not only was the service quick and easy but it was also done correctly. The place is clean. The food tasted delicious. I highly recommend this location as well as the food.

I usually order the Double Chicken Bowl and have never had an issue getting free extra sour cream at this location or any other El Pollo Loco I’ve visited. On my most recent visit, they served a very small portion of sour cream, so I asked for a bit more. The employee refused unless I paid $0.79 cents plus tax for a tiny pump of sour cream. I also saw another customer get charged the same amount for creamy cilantro dressing. He paid one dollar and the employee even gave him a free extra serving.
If condiments are no longer complimentary, there should be a clear sign or an option directly available when ordering a specific plate. I should not have to buy it separately or find out last minute. Customers deserve clear communication, not inconsistent word of mouth, especially if I am paying through a screen and not interacting directly with an employee. The bowl alone is $11.39 plus tax and at that price I expect honest and consistent service. This experience was disappointing and I will not be returning to this location.

First time ever at El Pollo Loco and for a Mexican Restaurant wasn't disappointed. The floors weren't greasy or slippery, employees who I talked to were friendly and nice. Went back a second time to purchase a gift card for friends who live in the area.
Had a pickup order ready at 9 when they close up. They forced me to go through the drive thru on foot to pick it up even through it was ready.

We usually go thru the drive thru, service is good gets you through fast. Food is always plenty never slacking on the portion size. And feeding a family of 4 the price is right.
Vegetarian options: U can get what ever u want with out chicken.
Dietary restrictions: Good healthy and u can control you intake. Meal prep is great here and if u counting calories are what ever the food is good for u better then mc donalds

2024.0820 I find the fire grilled chicken greasy. The skin sticks to you fingers. The sides are too small. If you need to feed 4 or more people you need to buy a family meal and it is mega expensive. Your best bet is to have a coupon to buy chicken only. At home, make some instant mashed potatoes, open a can of black beans or pinto beans and a can of corn. For a little effort on your part you will save a lot of $$. If you must, buy a large mac & cheese but I don't think it's that great. They changed the reward point system. You now have to order and pay thru the app and can no longer just scan your receipt ?

These people are THEIFS!!!!!!!! They stole my credit card. I realized after RECEIVING my food the worker did not give me my credit card back with the receipt. So i park then go in and let her know but she says i dont make mistakes and refused to look for it. I check my car and wallet again and i confirmed that i dont have it. I go back in and they are laughing speaking spanish and i produce the receipt and let them the know again my credit was never returned. The manager gets sarcastic and states we dont have it in a rude tone. 5 mins later I call my bank and apparently someone charged my card several times at this location. Please beware going here because they STEAL
