First time ever at El Pollo Loco and for a Mexican Restaurant wasn't disappointed. The floors weren't greasy or slippery, employees who I talked to were friendly and nice. Went back a second time to purchase a gift card for friends who live in the area.

We usually go thru the drive thru, service is good gets you through fast. Food is always plenty never slacking on the portion size. And feeding a family of 4 the price is right.

Vegetarian options: U can get what ever u want with out chicken.

Dietary restrictions: Good healthy and u can control you intake. Meal prep is great here and if u counting calories are what ever the food is good for u better then mc donalds

The food is good, the service not so good. When ever I go through the drive thru there's always something missing that I ordered. I used to use their online app to order, but onetime the app froze. I went to the restaurant and they had not received my order. But the money was taken out of my account. They said I would have to call corporate. I order there at the restaurant thinking I would get reimbursed from corporate. I called corporate and someone fiddled around with...
