stopped by the El Pollo Loco in Lancaster, CA for a quick meal, and my experience was pretty average. The staff was friendly enough, and my order came out in a reasonable amount of time, but the food just wasn’t as fresh as I’m used to from other locations.

The chicken had good flavor, but it was a bit dry, and a couple of the sides tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. The restaurant itself was mostly clean, though a few tables needed wiping...

Not what i expected. I order my food the girl forgot some stuff and i didnt get what you i paid for. In my burrito i got lots of cabage not the right amount of chicken and on the tostada lots of letuce not enough chicken.

This location serves the best food. I walked in to EPL and ordered a double tostada. Not only was the service quick and easy but it was also done correctly. The place is clean. The food tasted delicious. I highly recommend this location as well as the food.
