I just tried two items from Fitchow. Wow. So I’m keto die to bring allergic to carbs. We all are lol. But I hold extra water from carbs than normal. Causing health issues. So anyway I’ve been cooking and discovering keto items and I ran across Fitchow yesterday and Rachel was very helpful and such a nice lady. The portions are perfect and tasty. The keto dessert I tried was the lemon muffin and wow. Almost sinful but no sugar. I’m in love with the spot. I’m impressed.
Absolutely wonderful! I have been waiting Fitchow meals for years now and highly reccomend them to anyone who eats food. Lol Whatever your fitness goals or even if you just don't feel like cooking, they have you covered. Definitely stop by and grab some smakin' Mac. Awesome food and great staff!

I’ve been going to FitChow for the last 5 weeks to get meals and it has made life so easy! They have amazing meals that are full of flavor! Also their chocolate chip oat muffins are delish!
