I've been here a couple of times and they are always quick and the smoothies aren't watery. The cashiers could speak up a bit but have not had a negative interaction with the employees.

I stopped coming here regularly because of the quality. Tonight the guys on the late shift did their thing. My drink was made perfectly. Glad to see my favorite location getting it together.

Drink tastes More like strawberry than watermelon has strawberries seeds in it. The breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. The sandwich was very small and cold and the drink was not full to the top. Zero napkins she got me paper towels from the sink.

Mediocre employees. thought I'd give them a second chance. The staff do not take their job seriously, they charged me for extra toppings like I asked, but I got almost no toppings. I witnessed them mess up an order and laugh about it.. to be honest I think it was mine. When I placed the order on the phone the guy was very rude and effortless, I barley understood him I had to ask him to repeat himself every time he spoke. They all looked stoned, check your receipt and your order.

Came in during a visit to the city of Lancaster as the weather was extremely hot and we were looking for something refreshing to drink. Initially we were told it would be a 25 min wait however it took about 10-15mins. Overall satisfied with the customer service and how quickly our drinks were made despite how busy the store was when we arrived.
