very clean and modern establishment, with both fast service and patient staff. they had games out for people to play, which was a nice touch. very welcoming. also, this may be odd to note, but the ice is the smaller kind and they don’t add too much of it. great experience.

Remember my orders, great costumer service. And delicious Boba and tea! Best place in the AV
