When you place an order and go to pick it up, this store makes you wait forever. They don't give you a pick-up time and when you get a code to pick it up, you have to wait even longer. Zero service.

I always get treated well, their sandwiches are good. Located in the intersection near the flame broiler and behind the Target store. Go check it out!!!

After a smart mouth employee refused to redeem a ladies birthday points, he attempted in instigate a verbal confrontation with her. After witnessing this, I left my place in line and left. In the future I will avoid this store. One cannot enjoy a meal with emoloyee generated tension in the air. Just really a bad vide in the place.

Great employees! Adam was the one who helped me today and made my sandwich, He was nice and had great customers service! Will definitely be coming here for now on.

Kids can't even make a sandwich told them my sandwich is next to that sandwich and he gives me the other guy's sandwich instead of my sandwich. Then can't argue with him cuz they don't listen

Adam’s customer service was impeccable last week and even more impressive this evening. We learned abt additional popular sandwiches for us to order the next time we visit. His attitude was extremely refreshing while working the front alone as it got pretty busy while his coworker was putting away their delivery load. He informed customers in the line he would be right with and it was bit of a wait due to his huge online order after ours . His assistant with a smile was awesome to see as you don’t typically get that at most establishments today. The restaurant was also very clean. Love this location!!!

My best friend mobile ordered 30 mins before we headed there. I ordered my sandwich inside. After waiting in line for 15 mins, my sandwich was still ready before her mobile order. There were only 2 people ahead of us. The drink machine and ice were also out of order.

I went to Jersey Mike’s today, I was craving one of their delicious sandwiches. I am ordering my food and I let the worker know that I want everything on my sandwich as far as the garnishes. The worker said I couldn’t order my sandwich like that. I said it’s my sandwich I can order it the way I like it. She continued to say it’s recommended that I get it the mikes way. I simply replied I want it the way I want. So, I listed all the the garnishes I wanted and she proceeded to make my sandwich. I happen to have my hand on the glass pointing to the garnishes I want she says sir can you remove your hand. I removed my hand and stated that you guys have horrible attitudes today. She made my sandwich sloppy and continued to have an attitude when I paid. The worst customer service I have received.
