They are usually alway busy busy...But the staff I'd always kind & greets you, they put work in & you can tell they are trying their best, food always good in my experience

Location is fubar! There were 4 people working and only one person doing everything where a lazy girl would not help customers nor would two others really sad seeing this and I walked out drove across to go elsewhere

The guy who was rude to me was the actually the Manager Marlon , he continued to look at me like he wanted to argue so I asked for his name the employee asked me why then gave it to me ! Then Marlon came over to me while paying and approached me I said I just wanted your name . He said oh well I'm the manger . That's sad that he's on a different level of customer service and sadly that team will follow his rudeness!!! You have great food I think cause I haven't ate my sandwich but this location needs help as far as customer service and management!

I called this Jersey Mike's last minute to help with a party I was having. I literally forgot to order food, and only had about an hour to spare. These guys jumped right on it and the box was ready in about a half hour. I was so rushed when I picked up the box that I forgot to pick up the chips and drinks. When he realized my mistake, the general manager personally delivered the chips and drinks to the party, which was pretty far way. You just don't get service like that anymore. I really appreciated it.

This was a very nice Lancaster California Jersey Mike's location. The food was great and the atmosphere was nice. The service was very nice also. They were seemingly very overwhelmed the day I was in so it took a good while for them to get food out but that was the only thing that was somewhat an inconvenience. But I will say in this location I could tell it was because so many people were ordering from them. I was a Subway guy, but not anymore. Not only do Jersey Mike's say it's fresh but you can taste it. I got the Club with extra meat and it was awesome. Never again going to Subway, Jersey Mike's is the sub for me hands down. Man it was good, next time I'll order a full and save the second half for later.

Just came in for the first time, 11/17 around 7:30pm the workers were all amazing!! & so patient I had a fairly large order and they handled it sooo efficiently!! I don’t remember their names but all 3 of them were so nice and helpful!! Thank you will definitely be returning!
