Service hers is horrible. I'm pretty sure every employee here hates there job. It takes forever for someone to acknowledge you and takes just as long to get your food. The secret recipe has fizzled at this location. The food has no flavor and tasted like old oil was used for frying.

Today will be the last day I go to this location. My order was missing multiple pieces of chicken. Remember they charge more for Breasts and Legs. And I still did not get the 12 piece I ordered. I informed the worker who identified as a "supervisor" . Her response was simply...."what would you like me to do?" I have nothing against her, but that is not the way to handle a situation. That older man by the name of "Cesar" is the one who took my order and handed it to me. I will now be driving a little further to another location that will get my order correct.

I lived around these parts for over 28 years… I’ve only been to this spot two times in my life…And when I have came, they never had my orders.. my first order, all I wanted was a two chicken sandwich with cheese… 2nd time was the chizza … and BOTH TIMES.. they never had them in stock… maybe it’s just this location, but whatever it is… they need to do something about it.. or replace some workers…..and that’s why I most likely won’t go to kfc ever again
