Service hers is horrible. I'm pretty sure every employee here hates there job. It takes forever for someone to acknowledge you and takes just as long to get your food. The secret recipe has fizzled at this location. The food has no flavor and tasted like old oil was used for frying.

I waited 40 minutes for a two-piece chicken and a biscuit. I started to get heated when I realized the girl waiting next to me has been waiting for over an hour. Y'all can't figure out how to put chicken in a bucket??? Unreal. I knew the reviews would mirror my displeasure

Today will be the last day I go to this location. My order was missing multiple pieces of chicken. Remember they charge more for Breasts and Legs. And I still did not get the 12 piece I ordered. I informed the worker who identified as a "supervisor" . Her response was simply...."what would you like me to do?" I have nothing against her, but that is not the way to handle a situation. That older man by the name of "Cesar" is the one who took my order and handed it to me. I will now be driving a little further to another location that will get my order correct.
