Everything was going good when I arrived. I ordered two BBQ sliders and some wedges.I took one bite into a potato wedge & SURPRISE the Hot on the outside and still frozen on the inside. Plus the BBQ sliders soaked in a Little bit of grease and were partially raw. On top of that it was 10:02am and look at this restroom 🚻 Big disappointment!! 👎 And here's that proof.

They were slammed today, but Sebastian kept himself calm and collected. He was courteous and professional no matter how busy it got. I really appreciate him helping me today and making sure everyone in the dining area was tender to.

My drive thru order was 2 orders of the 3 piece tenders waffle and mashed potatoes. The chicken was cold and dry the gravy on the potatoes tasted and smelled like old chemicals. The food was a waste of time! The one on the west side of Lancaster is much better! I will not go this location again.

Service hers is horrible. I'm pretty sure every employee here hates there job. It takes forever for someone to acknowledge you and takes just as long to get your food. The secret recipe has fizzled at this location. The food has no flavor and tasted like old oil was used for frying.
