I like Little Caesars, but this location is plagued with terrible service. I'll order ahead of time and usually have to wait 5-10 minutes past the estimated pickup time. My food will even be somewhat cold at times because they just leave the pizza sitting out somewhere.

I don't know what happened tonight but my whole order was burnt. 2 pizzas, crazy bread and pizza puffs. I tried calling and no one answered.

Went in for an order of crazy puffs. 25 mins wait and that's only because I asked how much longer it would take. Otherwise who knows how much longer I would have waited. Another customer there told me those puffs had been waiting in the over for a while. Definitely never coming back here!

Do not go to this location. Shady Customer Service and a dark brown girl with pinkish highlights has a real nasty attitude even refusing to take my order and kicking me out for nothing other than sighing out of tiredness. She even looked at me in a very funny sketch way. I will report this to corporate immediately. This is harassment, and I am not comfortable with this.

Wow, I go inside to ask a question. You guys have the most rudest bunch of people in this place may little Caesar has gone downhill trash employee super weird so uncomfortable anyways thank God I’m not planning to get anything here I walked out.
These workers are doing the best they can and customers have no patience. I’m picking up for door dash and I have no problem waiting if I only have one order. As long as I call my customer and notify them it’s all good. Maybe having some more pizzas on hand would be helpful, but I don’t know their policy and I know they are working hard. I see some pizzas ready actually which is awesomeness. Keep it up. I think the staff today has a good attitude dealing with the messy hungry clients walking in.

Such a disappointment, it used to be decent, cook in the back blasting music, at least get orders in quick with the extra cashier up front, I don't even mind 15 minute wait after I place an order. But 20 minutes since "I'll be right with you" and still haven't even put an order in, and your warmer door is wide open. I closed it and it still opened again, not a damn thing in there is gunna be warm.

Walked inside the store 21 minutes before they closed and they said they cant take anymore orders, i drove 30 minutes to order a pizza. Why have an open sign if you’re gonna turn down service. Horrible service. Waste of gas and time.

Go in to pick up my online order I waited for about over a little 20 minutes, it also took an estimated several minutes for a worker to come to counter ask to take my order not just that when she finally did they got my order wrong I don't understand how you get the order wrong for a pickup when there are clear instructions there either way I'll be coming back to this location the girls and they were having too much fun playing around
