I went to this place 30 minutes ago and they attitude was so rude the place was empty and they didn’t wanted to take my order just because they were about to close, they closing time is at 12 and I went a 11:29pm customer service here sucks.

If you come here in the mornings there is this lady that works the drive thru. She is soooo happy and helpful i just love her!! I dont know her name but she makes my whole day when I come thru the drive thru and she's working. She's super sweet and is just wonderful! Definitely gotta be the best McDonalds employee i have ever met at any fast food location.

It's clean, fast, and convenient with the app and curbside. There is nothing wrong with the food, it's good, I like McDonalds, but you know what you are getting. 5 star is a great steak.

Shorted my order placed on the app. the “general manager” Carla was rude and refused to accept any responsibility, saying we had to drive all the way back. Told her our grandchildren were asleep and could not load them back in the car to drive all the way back. She refused any other resolution, and would not refund the missing items. Will never trust this location again. Seems like credit card fraud to me.

Garbage of a customer service and very slow phase. I asked for an order the two different days I've been there and first time it wasn't ready and the 2nd time I drove by the "drive thru" nothing but long line and slow. The employees need better training.

This location sucks. They always always take for ever when you place a order on the mobile app. They send you a notification saying it's o. It's way and you get it 10 or 15 min later. When you go inside to ask they tell you sorry we are just making it it was a mistake.

Giving it a 3 Star ever since the "mcmarrows" took over it feels like it went down hill yes the keep it clean and I never have an issue with my order but the small things like no free refills is wild ok they wanna make profit off everything but they already own a bunch of McDonald's, schooners, birria and TAC superior as well as in the realtor business I don't think they need to make money off everything now
