My wife ordered the party trays for a holiday event and the order was on time and cooked to perfection. Isabelle and Adan provided top notch customer service. I highly recommend this Panda Express to anyone who is in Lancaster.
lowk wasnt gonna write a review bc I did the survey thingy but damn this was the best panda. The nice workers did the thing, I wanted to just know if there was gonna be fresh string bean chicken soon and she offered me a whole new batch just because I asked how nice. And the cashier was so chatty and sweet, I asked about the refreshers and she offered me a sample, even giving me a taste of her favorite one how cute is that. It was good too like damn. And I ate my plate clean it was delicious. Nice one!!

This Panda Express was very clean and well kept. The staff were very polite and attentive. The only downside was that there's no drive thru. But other than that, I would recommend this one.
Juan and Daniel provided an excellent customer service experience! They were both generous and greeted me as soon as I entered and made sure my meal was accommodated accordingly. These gentleman both deserve to be commended and promoted!

How is panda begging for ice to their neighbors it’s not cheap price for their food it’s been 105 degrees and not have ice for the drinks I could expect that from a small business but not for panda it’s been two weeks and still no ice sad

Parking: Parking is plentiful and easy. There's minimal patrol. Due to more loitering than I'd prefer, my Corvette is parked where I can see it.
Kid-friendliness: You get the feeling that the staff doesn't mind children as long as they're supervised. When I bring kids from work, they're closely supervised.
