Got food poisoning from the lamb gyro. Didn't realize that's what caused it the first time, and went back a couple weeks later and wound up "isolating" the issue. If they'll serve the same spoiled food twice what else will they feed the customer? Sad because I thought their food was good, have enjoyed their burgers, sandwiches, and burritos multiple times. I guess it's my fault for thinking this type of place would sell enough lamb to have it fresh. đ€ź

Do not eat here unless you want hair on your bag and hair inside of your food. Please examine your food before you eat it. They didnât even give me a refund. Didnât apologize or anything. Customer service sucks rude to African-Americans. Racist Mexicans. The hair was inside of my omelette. Iâm so glad I saw it before eating more and they have the nerve to say I put the hair in there. Shaking my head.

First time and last Chilaquil is with scrambled eggs and I ordered them with roast beef and they gave me the minced meat for tacos đhuevos Rancheros 1 egg đI won't be back

My partner and I ordered carne asada burritos. It took forever to get them, which madee hope they would be excellent. So grosss. The burrito was a mound of greasy meat swimming in a lake of melted cheese. It was a flaccid mess, impossible to eat as a burrito. So bad!

We got the asada burrito and the spinach and mushroom omlette. The food is sooooo BLAND. Wasn't even no salt and pepper on the omlette. And the cheese was gross. The burrito didn't have any Seasoning on the "asada" or any of the other item inside. overfilled with salsa. It was just rudimentary ingredients slapped together. I'm mad it was so flavorless. Please put some Seasonings and spices, an onion or a bell pepper... SOMETHIN on yall food. Damn.

I came into Primo burgers to order some food but first I needed to use the restroom and I told the lady wait. I donât want to pay for the food right now until I use the restroom because I had to use the restroom real bad . she threw the key to the restroom and said sure while being sarcastic. and I understand a policies and order to use the restroom. You must order food at different restaurants to use the restrooms first due do people messing up the restrooms but she was being rude. I came out the restroom and set my stuff down on the table, but I forgot my debit card in my car so I was going to get my debit card instantly she said I knew it in a rude way while being sarcastic again. She started getting loud and acting out, but I didnât get that on camera. while I was trying to explain to her that I left my debit card inside the car

Listen I understand mistakes do happen and that's ok but I'm spending my earned money in your establishment I should not have been treated ten way I was . Me and my mother walked into this establishment hoping to order food and sit down to eat but no. There was a lady working said she was new so she didn't know what anything was nor did she try to ask or get clarification from cook to see what came on the sandwich. If I'm asking questions TAHT means I don't know and for her to not try to get help or assist me any further than I don't know is unacceptable! My mom ordered 2 club sandwiches one combo with some extra fixins and it was a problem . Then the guy tried to help her but messed up even more . Older guy charged us $36.78 after the total Was $30.65 and then tried to argue with my mom . Customer service horrible they didn't greet us and they were not pleasant . Probably because we were black ! I'm So sick of ppl acting like that and we come to these places to spend money . Won't be coming here ever agian . It's crazy because I've been coming here off and on for 8 years. This is the first time we walked out!!!!
