The food is great. Personally I Enjoy most of the menu, but the best item is the Breakfast Burrito. Anytime I want a warm and filling meal, I go to Primos.
First and foremost I want to start this off by saying that these people are flat out crooks. They advertise one thing on their menu, however, turn around and charge you almost double the price of that. I ordered a chili cheeseburger combo that was advertised at $9.49, I was charged $16 because these people don't know how to add or how to price out what is on their own menu. Would appreciate if you guys could at least update your prices on the menu. On top of that 26 minutes for a burger is ridiculous .

After 21 years in Lancaster and ordering a combo burrito this morning see them use a smaller wrap with little eggs and little everything I decided to walk out the food is now cheaper out and the service is a bunch of illiterate people along with the culture

It's a little on the small side as far as dining in, but the food and staff are always great!!! They have an array of menu items from breakfast, lunch, to dinner! Even just for a quick bite or snack! I absolutely love this place! P.S. I would recommend the breakfast burrito(s)Vegetarian options: They have about 6 salad options that I know of. Not sure about other options, but they do have them.Parking: There are few parking spaces. Mostly everyone dines out not in, so parking is usually available all the time. (Don't let the thought that it's not packed because it's not good!)Kid-friendliness: Not super kid friendly, but they do have an outside area for seating. Could possibly have a bday party/get together.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes Primos has wheelchair accessibility

This place has a cute quietness to it and the people there are very very friendly and welcoming. The food is freaking delicious, make sure you get the green sauce aswell! My brother in law said that even the steak was delicious, and it was actually REAL steak. ? 7 DIFFERENT MEALS AND WE ALL LOVED OUR MEALS!!! I got the egg sandwich with extra cheese and i used that yummy green sauce.

I used to go here all the time growing up, over the years quality has drastically changed. The breakfast burrito is basically all potato and it's not even crispy. For the price it isn't worth it and the lady seems racist. Go to a good place and treat yourself

Girl at the counter doesn't check for online orders or answer the phone. My order took 40 minutes and watched the cook and girl at the counter fight multiple times

Came in on a Wednesday night after a hour drive tried to order a chicken sandwich I usually get the girl with septum tells me they don’t have it second when I was ordering she was getting mad and being disrespectful after my order I asked her for my cup then again she muttered “ugh” getting mad I get it it’s a Job but bring a better positive energy instead of being negative saying this is ur first time here too was her response after I seen her getting frustrated and mad her response was mine too the young blonde white lady with nose piercing also they only gave me 6 onion rings for 9$ Burger was great but needs work

They got my burger wrong wouldn't even exchange it for me when I brought the burger back to them and then I got them to agree to exchange it but it would have to come in the next day when the boss is at work which is until 1:00 p.m. during my work hours and they supposedly can't do anything so in my opinion the service at this location sucks I do not recommend
